Same issue - started for me around noon EST. Newish iPhone 17 with latest iOS and a Charge 6 device. Everything fine till noon. No OS changes before that.

Happening for me in the food app. Adding food listed in the database. I’m on an iPhone.

Issues here as well, on Android. It acts like it is adding line items and in a minute or two they dissappear.

I started having the same problem today since installing the firmware update yesterday. I can add food and it remains in Today's list but then it magically disappears after a few seconds. I have been a Fitbit user for seven years and workout nearly every day, but I am an unhappy user since Google took over. There are many competing products out there. Maybe it's time for a change. PS - I have a Charge 6 and an iPhone 16 Pro.

Yup. I have Google Pixel and Charge 6. Restarted phone, forced stop, clear cache, uninstal/reinstall and same issue. Like others said, I was able to enter this mornings stuff, but this afternoon beyond entering maybe one or two items, it replaces the items that I put in there.

When I enter my food, it's disappearing. My breakfast is still showing up but everytime I add what I had for lunch it goes away.

Same here. Definitely happened after the latest IOS update. Anytime I add a food to the log it is automatically being deleted. If it stays I don’t have the option to swipe and delete. You have to go into the item to delete the log. Tried logging in and out. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Same results.

I am having the same problem. I have loaded the most recent Fitbit update and still a problem. There was also an iOS update today (iOS 26). Could this be the problem?

I am having the same problem with logging food as other recent responses. I've also logged off, uninstall/ reinstall, force stop, etc. A week is a long time for a fix. Is there an updated ETA? How will I get notified that there is a fix in place?

I'm on an android and this just started today. Super frustrating. It won't even save foods to today's log that I am adding from recent food or from barcodes. Nothing will save.

Neither is mine. Tried the normal fixes without success. So what's next?
