I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

I have been having the same issues starting around noon today every time I log in a food it stays here for a few seconds then bounces right out. I can't get any food logged in for the day. Was there an update and when will this be fixed!
Same issue Android, on a pixel 8 pro. Doesn't matter where I add the food doesn't matter if its custom calories or a food already in the database. Running the newest android and there's no updates for the app from the play store. All foods except what I added this morning are there. However adding any others will show up in the app until I add something else then no matter where I add it it will replace the most recent item. Also if i leave and come back later even the one saved item will be gone.
This happens for every meal. It’s like it will only add so many items. If it adds something new it will also deletes an item in that meal period. Happens is all meal selections.
It would appear to be a server side issue.
This is why it is affecting Android and iOS.
For those searching the problem and finding this thread, any of the normal Android fixes will not work, including:
Log Out / In, clear cache, clear app data, uninstall / reinstall, restart device.
Luckily the servers still seem to be recording exercise data etc, so I'd suggest trying to keep track elsewhere for the time being and manually log it all once the server issue is resolved.
I am an android phone user. This issue happens with all entries when scan, search quick add or custom. If I enter an item for breakfast when I add the next item that first item disappear. Then when I leave the app the next time I open it the remaining item has disappeared.
Same here. Everything I log just disappears. It started this evening. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app twice, rebooted my Sense 2 and my iPhone. Nothing has worked.
Same here. Using Apple. Everything is updated. Still not working. Hopefully they fix this bug ASAP.
Best AnswerWhat is happening here? Last month a different issue that made it unusable and now another thing that is unusable. Did they lay off too many developers?
Entries into my food list are not being saved. Everything was fine this morning but now is not working. This is the second food log issue in as many months. Not happy.
