I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Answers to your questions from my experience:
Log food feature is not working as expected, does this happen with the (+) plus sign in the dashboard or when you are in the food site in the app? - this is happening from both the dashboard and within the food screen
Does this happen with every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, etc) or only for specific?
Does this affect custom food or also the ones listed in the data base? - all meals, and both custom and those in the database
Are you using an Android device or an iOS (iPhone /iPad? - iOS iPhone

Every food entry I've tried to put in since the 4.58 update to the iPhone app has disappeared.

I am also having the exact same problem.
It started today after breakfast. If I try to log more than one food it just overwrites.

Hi - I'm having the same issue. I enter food either by using the + sign, or by clicking into the food icon on my Dashboard. It doesn't seem to matter if i enter quick calories, or food from the database. It saves for a brief moment, then the calories disappear, only leaving my previous meal.
I'm using Android 16, and am using the latest version of Fitbit, 4.57. I've restarted my phone, and the app. I've turned off and back on my bluetooth. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app.

I found my old MyFitnessPal account, it's free, used to use it to log my food and you can pair it with your Fitbit. Nice part about the MyFitnessPal is you can use it on your desktop AND on your phone, to log your foods, exercises, etc so I think I'm going to be sticking with that instead of trying to log my food on Fitbit because we don't know how long it will take to fix that "bug"

As of this evening, 12/4/2025, I cannot log any food into the App. It was working until this evening. I've deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times, shut down and restarted both my phone and Fitbit Sense 2. I have an iPhone. What is going on and is anyone else still having these issues from the initial post dated 11/7?

I am iOS. My food log is disappearing as well for breakfast, lunch and supper; either custom, scanned or database entries.

For me, started this morning. No food is saving to the log. Done all the things and nothing has helped. All other features appear to be fine. I have a Google pixel phone.

For mine, once I hit the plus sign and add an item, it shows up below. Then once I use plus sign again to add a second item, it deletes the item I added first. Won't add anything else. It all disappears. Done all the usual things as well to reset it. Very irritated!

I've tried custom food, bar scan, + , recent, frequent, to add food to any category snack lunch etc.... the entry pops in then disappears. Only items showing are the ones added before the issue started. Using app on android phone.

logging worked for breakfast, logged at 8 AM ET. logging did not work for lunch or subsequent - started 1230 ET for me.

not sure about custom foods.
Here is what doesn't work and behavior -
Behavior - only adds the last selected to the list as visible. will update that one item to the latest for the meal if you try adding another. disappears from logged foods on exit.
This happens for all food add methods I tried -
- adding from recents, adding from search, adding with scan

I am trying to track my food. The app will let me log it but then it deletes the data. Is this just a glitch? I updated my app and re-started it.

Still happening. Entries get bumped off showing 0 calories no matter how entered-plus, or in food section.

i’m on ios iphone and it’s not working:

I am having the same issue. No logged food shows up, but the water entries are logging in just fine. I rebooted my phone, but the problem still exists.
