I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Hello! When I log food with the + sign, it adds. Then I add another. It replaces the first one added, regardless whether it was breakfast, lunch or supper. Each add replaces the previous. On the upside, it's now indicating I've only eaten 50 calories today! I'm using Android, and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache, on/off blue tooth, on/off phone. Ugh! I've haven't been able to add custom foods for weeks!

Same here. No matter what I do, no matter what meal I put down, it deletes leaving me with nothing. I’m on a newer iPhone, so I know it must be the app

Using android and having same food log issue. Used the plus sign then the quick add. The food item shows up then when I change screens it disappeared. I also have sync issues.

Having same issue. It's been like this all day. It would be nice if Google would just acknowledge that they are aware of the problem and working on it. Their silence if deafening whenever there's an issue.

When I enter food data in the app it seems to delete some of the previously entered data. This can be from the same meal category or from another. I cannot work out whether this is the oldest entry or the last entry.

Soon after I had entered my breakfast food entry it was gone. I entered it again and it would disappear as I was looking at it, one item at a time. I'm on an iPhone. It happened with food entered through the + sign and frequent foods and data base foods. It did the same for "anytime, breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner". Both custom food and data base disappeared. Hope this helps the people working to solve the problem. I also tried all of the normal things like rebooting my phone, etc.

Problem still present on Android at 9pm EST.
Definitely a server issue: if I turn on Airline mode, I can add new entries. Once I turn off Airline mode and connectivity restored, the new food entries are gone.

This is the second time in 6 weeks that food logging is not working. Please fix the problem so we can use our fitbits and the app as we have for many years. I would be disappointed if I have to find another option, but that may need to happen if things don't get resolved.
