I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Breakfast entered fine. Lunch and dinner and late snack all disappeared. It didn’t matter if it was something I ate yesterday or something new or something in my commonly listed food items.

Having the same issue. Using IOS. Appear to be able to add food at a meal using +. When I add another meal some of the other meal details disappear. Sometimes when I use “add more” to a meal, previously added items for the same meal disappear (one at a time). Really broken.

I am using an Android. In the app every time I select a food, either by searching or just selecting one already showing whatever I already logged disappears and only the latest item I selected is saved.

I hit the plus sign, pick my food, it comes up on my log, I add more food but the earlier entries start to disappear. They just erase. I logged just a little bit ago and my calories for the day are zero yet I have logged in over a 1000 calories earlier but they have just disappeared. I have an apple phone. This has gone on all day today 12/4/25 I hope you can fix this soon.

I'm having the same problem! Also tried all the troubleshooting recommendations and it's still broken. There aren't any updates available either.

Also … this is all new since this morning. Everything else entered previously appears to be intact.

My food is disappearing today. Im on Android. When I add food (search, frequent or custom) it deletes all previous entries for 5 Dec. I've tried all meals, same problem. When I select food entered on 5 Dec, I get An unknown error has occurred. I have restarted the phone, and reinstalled the app. Help

Log food feature is not working as expected, does this happen with the (+) plus sign in the dashboard or when you are in the food site in the app?
It happens in the app. I haven't tested with anything else.
Does this happen with every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, etc) or only for specific?
I experienced it with both dinner and evening snack. I didn't test with others.
Does this affect custom food or also the ones listed in the data base?

Google don't give a hoot about Fitbit they will scrap it as soon as they have bled all the best parts which they can use in a new app. I have had Fitbit for years and never had any issues before Google

Very frustrating. The same issue is happening with me. I can log three foods but as soon as I log a fourth item, it deletes something else that I logged previously. It does it whether I track it is breakfast or a snack as soon as I logged the fourth item, it delete something else.

When I scroll down to Nutrition and try to log anything I ate, the macro registers for a couple seconds, but then disappears as if nothing was entered. The calories sometimes remain, but if I enter another food, it overwrites the previous entry and only shows the most recent. That is only when I click into "Food" under Nutrition. When I return back to the main scroll menu, it shows "0 cal" under "Food". Doesn't matter what food I enter - the same thing happens.

Yes it's happening with both the plus and the other ways to enter and yes it's happening with all food categories and yes it's happening with custom and foods listed in the database.

Same issue. Logged my breakfast ok but when I added lunch the items disappeared from the log. I could see them for about 2 seconds before they went away. It happens whether I add from the + at the dashboard or in the food area. If I choose a food and use “log and add more” I can add multiple items but then they also disappear. It happens if I choose a recent food, a new food from the search, or one of my custom foods. Another anomaly is if I go to add a food and also choose one from “recently eaten with” one will stay and one will disappear. The one that stays won’t show the delete option if I start to swipe it left. With my breakfast items they still show the delete option if I start to swipe them left

I’m using an iPhone. After I noticed the issue at lunch I saw there was an update. I installed the update and the issue still happens. I’ve logged out and back in and shut down the app and restarted my phone.

I tried to log new food to lunch and dinner- I hit the +, it pulls up recent food, I enter an amount and then it is there for 10 seconds and disappears. I’m using an iPhone. App is updated. This is the second problem you guys have had with the food data in a month!

Custom food not saving. Will only take one food entry when using +. Can't input more then food.
