Fitbit app - Food Fitbit App Deleting Food Logs Immediately

I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

I am having same problem with Samsung android A35. I installed the app and reinstalled and still no go.

Same issue here, Android.  It happens any way I try to log food. When I click on food thst logs for a few seconds, first I can see the food description,  then a small white rectangular box with nothing but OK in red comes up. All meals dissappear after seconds.  Data base foods. I've been trying since breakfast (PST). I also

• Force stopped the app
• Cleared the cache
• Rebooted the phone
• Logged out and back in
• Synced the app
• Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing worked. Help.

Me too.  Every time I enter a food the previous one entered disappears.  Argg

I'm using the plus feature and every time i enter something it disappears after a few seconds.  Its also happening with the scanner function or when using recent entries.

When I try to log in my food it doesnt work with dinner breakfast snack or lunch there's no difference, it will make it disappeared. I like to log in my food but I'm not liking how it makes my list of food disappear

Hi! I'm having this issue too. Android. Calories immediately disappear, multiple meals and food items. Quick calories disappeared as well. It happened with the + from the dashboard and within the calories area. I restarted the app, my phone, my tracker, then reinstalled the app. No change. Thanks for looking at it, hope it gets fixed soon.

started today after breakfast on my apple iphone.  hitting the plus key in the app.  does not matter what i add, it disappears.  using search and the provided US food database.

would be good to have an outage notification on this item to make it obvious that there is a problem.

Log food feature is not working as expected, does this happen with the (+) plus sign in the dashboard or when you are in the food site in the app?

Both.

Does this happen with every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, etc) or only for specific?

Every meal and every day. 

Does this affect custom food or also the ones listed in the data base?

Both. And quick calories.

IOS here. Same issue with random food disappearing when new food is added. Seems completely random on what disappears. One thing ai noticed is on new entry’s that do stay, you can’t swipe right to delete. It’s like the entry isn’t “sticking”🤷‍:male_sign:

I have noticed the calories don’t always change with the number or amount lately.

Same issue. Been having this issue since 5pm (est) Using a charge 6 and an Iphone. Enter items, close app, items disappear. Calories counts are all off.

I am having the same issue. And I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and signing back in and that didn't fix it.
