I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Same here. I was recording my breakfast earlier and didn't pay attention. But now during lunch, I noticed my daily intake was still 0 calories. Every time I enter a food item, it disappears after like 10 seconds.

Hi @Jacquieb71 - there seems to be a general problem with food logging and calories in the current version of the Fitbit app, in which case there is nothing you can do until they put it right again.

Best AnswerIt happens with plus line in the dashboard when you are in “Food.”
It happens with every meal. If you add food to the log, the previous entries disappear and ultimately when you go back in later all entries are gone.
It affects all food - those in my custom list and those from the database, in my recent list or my frequent list.
I am using an IPhone.
8 hours later and I am trying to log in my day’s meals and they disappeared! I tried using both the + and the food icon. No luck

1) Happens with + Food add in the ios app
2) Happens with every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks
3) Happens with both custom and database foods
P.S. Foods add just fine, but disappear about 60 seconds after they were added

Same here! Still not working no matter what method I attempt to log my food and everything disappeares with a second entry. I guess I have 0 calories today! Woo hoo! That's a great deficit 🤣... But really... Would love for this to be fixed ASAP as I'm really utilizing this tool a lot. Thanks!
