I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Log food feature is not working as expected, does this happen with the (+) plus sign in the dashboard or when you are in the food site in the app? Both. When I use the (+) in the dashboard, it doesn't list anything that I try to enter. When I'm on the food site in the app, it will only show the most recent food item I entered. As soon as I try another item, it replaces the previous item with the newer one.
Does this happen with every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, etc) or only for specific? Every meal, and every item.
Does this affect custom food or also the ones listed in the data base? Yes to both,
Are you using an Android device or an iOS (iPhone /iPad? Android devices. I have the app on my Pixel book and my Android phone and the app fails on both.

Happens after I hit the (+) sign in fitbit app food logging dashboard. Seems to regardless of whether I select a frequent, recent or query for food (have not tried the custom foods). The first food of today (multivitamin gummies) persists, but all other foods disappear. It has happened to all meals today (aside from the multivitamin gummies at breakfast). I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S23+ (SM-S916U), Android 16, One UI 8.0. I've tried (individually): logging out and back in of fitbit app, updating the fitbit app version, power cycling the phone, and un-installing/re-installing the fitbit app all to no avail.

I have the Android version of the app. When I click on the food section of the app and log a food/drink item it shows up. Then I go to add something else and the first item disappears and I just see the newer item. Then back out of the day and click on the day again and neither item is there. It was working when I logged a snack at 1:30am yesterday; but everything since won't stay. I've tried restarting the phone, clearing the cache, and force stopping the app; but nothing is working to fix the problem.

I havent been able to log anything. I log one thing... it shows up... then I love something elce and the last thing gets deleted. This has to be fixed or im going to get fat and it will be fitbits fault... jk im already fat....thats the problem tho. I NEED HELP!!!!! 😭😭

This is becoming all too common, the other the food database didn't work and today you can't add meals, they keep disappearing. I mistakenly thought there might be improvements once Google took over Fitbit. You can't view any Google things online anymore, TimeLine, Fitbit etc. only via the app 😞

JaunFitbit - Not working for me last night and still not working this morning. Only adds one thing then that's overwritten when i add another thing. It doesn't work on the dashboard or in the food site. Every meal and from custom and recent and general search. It will record one thing but that then disappears when you add another. I'm on android.
