I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Very frustrating. I log food and it disappears. Stopped working halfway through Thursday 4th.
Needs fixing asap.

Best AnswerSomething that may help. I can modify and save an entry from earlier this morning. However, anything new disappears after saving.
This behavior suggests that new database records for the table are failing when submitted. Which would also explain why they eventually vanish from the UI but existing ones can still be modified.

I'm using Google Android phone. I'm using the + but even if I go to frequently used foods and enter the dinner for Wed it just stays there a few seconds after I back out then disappears. For Fri, I can enter one food and when I enter the second food, the first one disappears. When I back out even the last one is gone. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled, restarted my phone, then reinstalled. Nothing helps.

Best AnswerThis happens with every entry made by the + button. Affects all foods (recent, custom) and when logging multiple foods, it only logs the last entry.
Best AnswerSame , who would think not being able to log calories would be so stressful. I've recently updated my fitbit I've been with fitbit for 10 years and was tempted to veer away it was the counting callories option and my saved data that kept me from moving onto Galaxy.

Best AnswerIt doesn’t seem to matter how I log the food from the + or from searching the data base. I didn’t try to log any customer food just items I use all the time in my recent or frequent list. I tried logging in to different meals to see if that would help and in Anytime, but it didn’t matter it would still delete some items. I could usually get about 3 foods to stay but then if I logged anything more it would delete one of the previous entries usually from the bottom of the list but not always. I am on an iPhone 15. I did see other users having the issue on android as well.
