Fitbit app - Food Fitbit App Deleting Food Logs Immediately

I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Same issue here since yesterday. Every time I create a new food log entry—whether from the dashboard icon or the “+” button—it gets deleted as soon as I go back to the dashboard. If I try adding multiple entries, each new one overwrites the previous one. Oddly enough, I can delete entries that were added before the bug appeared. Frankly, I find it preposterous that a massive issue like this seems to have gone unnoticed on your end...

So happens with both + and main dashboard. I use custom options mainly. Started yesterday with just dinner option. Today all meals disappear. I use android

Tried this morning. Android user. Won't log food using the plus sign, won't log using the barcode. Happens regardless of entry (breakfast, snack etc.)

I've been having issues with custom food for a few weeks where I've tried to create then it doesn't save. Yesterday and today am having same issue as other people with entries disappearing.

I’m Using an iphone 

It affects custom food, recently used food or food in database

I am the same it started yesterday 4/12/25 breakfast was entered fine but, ever since anything I try to enter dissappears, I have tried usual things shut down app blue tooth updated iphone nothing does anyone know if fitbit are trying to solve the problem

I have had the same issue too! It happened both within the food site and the +. I’m on an iPhone. And it happens for every meal! UK based

Entries still disappearing this morning.

Each typed entry is replaced by the next… then it disappears too. Only left with a calorie number…which also changes…

Same issue; iPhone app. Food logged until yesterday afternoon by going into food section & logging from recent & favourites stayed in as normal, but anything added since just deletes again after 5-10 secs.

Have closed app, signed out of app, restarted phone, checked for updates etc, tried on WiFi & data connection. All the same.

Interestingly water & weight logs save as normal, issue only seems to be affecting food.

The app will accept up to 2 entries, but then starts deleting things randomly.

Does not seem to matter how the things are entered, and it happens with database as well as custom items.

Apple15 user. Log food with + recent:frequent

When logging food, previous one entered disappears under breakfast/morning/:lunch/afternoon/dinner/evening

Seems only max 2 foods can be logged per sessions. 
It has been driving me mad as I rely on data for weight control.

Please fix. Have uninstalled, turned off etc….

Hi Juan, this happens for me using the plus sign feature, it's happening with every meal, it's both custom and saved foods. You cant update any of the days either.

I'm using an android device.

How can this be fixed? I have the same issues using an iPhone- saved food items - scanned items. Add food and it then disappears. This only seemed to have started yesterday 4/12/25
