I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

- es passiert unabhängig davon ob per + Funktion in heute oder per + Funktion in der Kachel Ernährung eingegeben wird
- es passiert bei jeder Mahlzeit
- 2016 gab es nach einem App Update genau das gleiche Problem

The same issue here as well - the same time when it started and the same symptoms.
From the number of replies to this post indicating the same problem it is obvious that there is a serious issue on side of Fitbit but they refuse to admit it and instead bother every complaining customer with clearing cache, rebooting, uninstalling/installing....
As already written in previous posts, this happens also with respect to manually added activities, they also disappear after few seconds from their manual adding.
What is the reason to pay for the Premium if basic features like food and activity cannot be used?

This is happening to me too! I did all the things; cleared cache, forced stop, restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled app, toggled off bluetooth, and nothing. Still deletes all my food. So annoyed; I use this to count my macros. Guess I'm going to have to 'flintstone' it and write it down #annoyed

Just thought I would create a new post for transparency and clarity - as no official timescales have been given.
After speaking to support - they have advised the food logging issue will be fixed within the next 3/4 days...

Hi, unfortunately still having the same issue since yesterday.
Log food feature is not working as expected, does this happen with the (+) plus sign in the dashboard or when you are in the food site in the app? IT HAPPENS WITH BOTH.
Does this happen with every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, etc) or only for specific? WITH ALL TYPES OF MEALS.
Does this affect custom food or also the ones listed in the data base? ON BOTH
Are you using an Android device or an iOS (iPhone /iPad?) ANDROID.
Has the bug been detected? When can it be solved?

Same issue. Has been about 24 hours now (about as long as I can remember what I ate). Are FitBit onto it. Must be their end. All other options exhausted.

Every item. Every meal. Input an entry . It disappears as soon as you enter another food. Then that deletes too. Logging food is still not working today. Water log is working fine. Is thete a gix on the way? Have tried all the usual ways, resetting. Deleting app downloading again. Etc etc. It seems there's a faulty update or firmware glitch. Sny idea when it might be fixed? Not working for me either - log food then it just disappears - seems to disappear when trying to synch with the server.

Everything was working fine yesterday, but when I went to log my breakfast this morning it stayed for all of 3 seconds then disappeared! Come on FitBit - you're fixing things that aren't broken again!
