I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

it does not matter how the food is entered does not work consumer troubleshooting does not work either of course really google cant keep a fitbit running in short order

Mine is not working either. Did the clear cache, forced restart, restarted phone and still have issue.

Adding from tile and using + short cut has same effect, not resetting the food, or adding and then removing.
It's been doing this since yesterday and is doing my head in 😣

Same here and it’s frustrating. I already restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled app, signed out and in. To reply to your questions: Log food feature is not working as expected, does this happen with the (+) plus sign in the dashboard or when you are in the food site in the app?

Same for me when I use the + sign or when I enter it manually, and it doesn’t matter which meal it is, it won’t generate at all

I've been having this issue since mid-morning yesterday (12/4). I'm on Android, using a Charge 6, I deleted and re-installed the app yesterday, and also cleared the Cache, to no luck. I was able to enter my breakfast yesterday morning, but since then, when I go to add food via the "+" button in the app, it will not save anything that has been entered. Same with this morning, same glitch as yesterday.

Same here. I can't believe no one has corrected the code yet.
Fix the basics instead of adding useless new "features" that no one has asked for like Fitbit Labs Plan For Care that takes up screen real estate and can't be removed.

Issue with food log entries disappearing started 12/4/25.
~ Entries disappear regardless of which meal/snack they are entered into.
~ Entries also disappear when using recent entries, custom entries and favorites.
~ Tried powering off phone, clearing cache, and uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit app. Nothing worked.

This is an issue for me as well and has been since Dec. 4 as others have mentioned. This is extremely frustrating and just adds to the major app issues recently. I already have to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times per week in order for the calories out to calculate and show up correctly and now food logging doesn't work. I'm about ready to switch to a different app.
