Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.

Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.

I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

Thanks for being a Fitbit customer!

The breathing rate is the only metric still missing for me as well!

It might be helpful for every one to have their signature reflect watch, phone, operating system, Fitbit update, and firmware.

@Clove6060 Good idea, but the versions change too often to keep all that updated and current.

iPhone 12mini/current version iOS. Fitbit Versa 3 and Apple Watch SE.

True, but if you know what is working at least you can check your version
to insure you have the updated version that is operational. --

My BR and HRV started working again yesterday 6/29 and still worked this morning when I first checked. Then this afternoon I checked back and now all the BR and HRV data has disappeared. Previously it still showed days prior to the failure.

Any update to this issue?  Health metrics there one day and now all history is gone. The message in the app says "We'll keep trying, check back in a bit." Have your servers been infected?

Same here. This is getting old.

Just checked by sense Fitbit. All function are up to date for now. Checked
1 month stats and it came up and showed all except the days the platform

Then it appears to be an area issue. I have all functions up since
yesterday. Again, it’s a platform issue it’s not the phone. --

So mine was working this morning, and now it states "we'll keep trying, check back in a bit".  I'm in West Texas.

This issue was fixed as of 730am CST, but now seems to be broken again.  BR and HRV are now missing and showing a message "we'll keep trying, check back in a bit"

Best Answer

Also, skin temp is now flat which is odd as it's usually up or down every night.  I personally care the least about this metric, but BR and HRV are missing again which to me are much more relevant.

I just checked again I have a sense all functions are up to date. Including
past stats. I’m based in Miami so I believe it is a server issue to Fitbits
platform if I had to guess. I’m guessing --
