Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.
I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Thanks for being a Fitbit customer!

Totally agree with you--

Best AnswerIt might be helpful for every one to have their signature reflect watch, phone, operating system, Fitbit update, and firmware.
Best Answer@Clove6060 Good idea, but the versions change too often to keep all that updated and current.
Best AnswerMy BR and HRV started working again yesterday 6/29 and still worked this morning when I first checked. Then this afternoon I checked back and now all the BR and HRV data has disappeared. Previously it still showed days prior to the failure.
Best AnswerSo mine was working this morning, and now it states "we'll keep trying, check back in a bit". I'm in West Texas.
Also, skin temp is now flat which is odd as it's usually up or down every night. I personally care the least about this metric, but BR and HRV are missing again which to me are much more relevant.
