Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.
I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Thanks for being a Fitbit customer!

Tried that editing of log a few days ago prior to the recent disappearance of BR/HRV and it worked. Today, both metrics for me suddenly appeared without any intervention on my part of log editing. Maybe due to the time zone for Guam since we are a day ahead from US mainland.
Its a good point though that us end users should not have to figure out these workarounds and the app should just work.
Not a good few weeks for users. It started with firmware issues, then draining of batteries after firmware update, and the recent missing data on BR/HRV...and this happened twice within a few days.
Unfortunate situations since I think that the Sense is a great wearable in terms of hardware.
Life moves forward and nothing ever stays the same anyway...impermanence.

This morning all the Health Metrics except BR are working. Also I am back to basic Sleep information.
The reason in the app is "Your tracker couldn't get a consistent heart-rate reading while you slept."
Interestingly, Health Metrics shows HRV and RHR for yesterday. Hopefully, not being able to get a heart rate is due to sleeping in an odd position or the like, and and all will be good tomorrow; but with all the glitches lately it's nearly impossible to tell.
Edited to add: I'm in Florida.

Finally, all mine are working! Logged out of the app, did a force stop and restarted my phone. Took sometime but all a back up and registering.

@YojanaFitbit : Thank you for communicating what is happening.
Is there a way to restore the missing data from Health Metrics? For example, I’m missing this past Thursday through Sundays data for BR, and HRV. I’m also missing sleep details for this past Monday.
I’m a premium user on an iPhone (ver 14.6), and my watch is a Versa 3.
Thank you.

In the period of May fifth until the first of June 2021 I got a daily sleep score and full Health Metrics from my Fitbit. Without any changes on my part it suddenly stopped from june 2 until now, reason mentioned in app is 'no consistent hartrate'.
I still wear the wristband on the same hight and place, no physical changes like weight loss, I can't find a cause.
Steps taken so far:
All the data I am missing this same period until now is:
But I still can see:
There is a support case already made...

Well b*gg*r me. It worked. I went to all six problematic days and changed the start time to one or two minutes earlier, and it worked. I cannot thank you enough.
I don't suppose you have a cure for the crappy sync performance? Every two or three days I have to stop and restart the Android app to get the data to appear. Fitbit have been no help with this.

I have an Android, so don't know for your device, but it only takes a few seconds, so give it a go.
No. I had six consecutive nights missing breathing and HRV, though it had recorded beats per minute so it was detecting my heart. The workaround of changing the start time fixed it, so data processing was faulty within the Fitbit servers.
