Did you mean:

SpO2 data suddenly not syncing to the Fitbit App

So in Health Metrics for SPO2  all I get now is:

Download Clock Face  (Link)

Download SPO2 Tracker App (Link)

Neither of which solved the issue.

Since 2 days ago.

Really annoying!

From what is being posted re Spo2, it looks like a system-wide issue with Fitbit, not necessarily limited to one or two models

Best Answer

Well, actually, I just checked my watch>>Today

NO SPO2 DATA

Best Answer

@Dutch125Did you go to the end of Today and EDIT and add SpO2?

That's been there for some time now.  Says "Wear FitBit to bed."  And "Open App for more Data"

Best Answer

@Dutch125  check that the SpO2 tracker app is installed, if so perhaps wait till tomorrow.

If you click into the SpO2 in Today, and scroll down does it show "this week"?

It’s pretty simple Fitbit…..Quickly reverse what you did (there was no update to loose SpO2 feature).

Start over with what you were working on. It is counter productive to loose an app feature that works to fix some other feature in the watch or app that doesn’t.

Fitbit should beta test extensively before they change anything with the live software.

The tracker is installed. Nothing shows up under SPO2. I have all the other stats however, there are a few days they don't show anything.

I received my sense 6 days ago and sp02 app was working up until three days ago. My watch is still giving readings each morning so I’m guessing problem is with the app. Hopefully an update will happen and fix issue.

Yes. I'm paying the premium price as well. I think we all are. They had no
problem a couple days ago taking$10.59 with tax and fees for an app that
works at about 50% efficiency on a good week.

It isn't showing up on my clock face or graph. I have only had my Sense for about five days. It has never shown a number

Did you switch to the SpO2 clock face?

Best Answer

I have both the Spo2 clock face and the Spo2 app, but can only see SpO2 on the watch since two days!

Yes to all.  This has been an issue for a while.  Resetting the watch AND phone used to help, but not this time.   No spo2 data transferred to the app for a week.  Reset everything, cleard app data and cache, uninstall and reinstall app.  Data updates during sleep.  Dpo2 face ALWAYS on on my sense...

Yes. I selected an spo2 clockface and it is showing on the watch, but there is no graph in health metrics and although the app is installed, it is saying to “download the clock face or install the app.”
