Nothing is working. It tracks if I use the exercise buttons on the device but if I manually add anything, it doubles exercise data. Sleep has suddenly stopped tracking as well. Super disappointed in my versa 2. This has been a life saver up until now, helping me manage and keep weight off. Need to find something else. Totally bummed about it 😞
I wish! I don't have an iPhone so apple watch is not an option but will start looking at others on the market. This is beyond frustrating 😞
same for me! I'll run 3 miles it only shows 0.57 and "not enough data" for the rest. Also been having trouble syncing, "can't find device" or "failed to sync". Time is off by 4 hours for me
Best AnswerI tired going to my dashboard and editing my activity and I keep getting an error message "opps ya da ya da ya da". We will see what happens. This has been going on for over 4 weeks. I was just too lazy to address the issue.I get the feeling that they aren't interested in supporting the Flex 2 and we are being pushed into buying a new product

Hi everyone. I'm sorry for my delayed response and thanks to all of you for your continued reports.
The Fitbit app 3.16.1 version has been released to 100% today and it should fix the issue you're experiencing with the Fitbit app showing "Not Enough Data Available" and the incorrect times for your activities (exercises and sleep). I'd recommend to go to App Store and update the Fitbit app so you can have the fix.
I appreciate your patience through this situation, as well for the screenshots and troubleshooting steps that you tried on your own. Our team takes seriously the feedback shared by our members in the forums, so be sure that your comments haven't taken for granted. By the way, I've merged some posts to this thread so everyone can receive updates about this matter.
Best AnswerJust went for 5k. Used the App to track my run. Looks like the GPS/Map, Pace/Lap, & Calorie data is back.
Still no return of the heart rate data or graph in the exercise screen. I really miss this info.
Have the newest iOS app, my versa 2 is also up to date.
Go fish Lizzy Fitbit....my data is still corrupt. Some exercises have the right time but not the HR data (even though I can see the HR data until HR graphs) some of them have the wrong time with correct HR info and some with incorrect HR info.
It’s a huge mess and I don’t see how it is fixable. Seriously what good is this decide if the data is wrong? Right now the only thing I can count on is the time...I don’t need it for that!!!!!!
I get the feeling Lizzy is just a go-between. Sort of like when you go out to eat and the cook screws up your food but the waitress takes all the heat. The issue is FitBit not taking this/us serious. It takes them 3 weeks to address it. ZERO communication during that time. They finally roll out a "fix" and pretend like everything is now ok while ignoring the fact that we still have 3 weeks of screwed up data. I just don't think they really care as much as we do.
Best AnswerIt was fixed for me but it’s broken again since the update to 3.16.1. I’m back to getting, “not enough data available”. Fitbit, what were you trying to do when you broke this? Why were you messing with fitness tracking? My Versa is useless again. Again. How many times can you break this? You are definitely on a losing streak.
