iOS App Crash - Tile Migration Fail

Started happening with me, there was a new update in the app store. Downloaded it and it stopped crashing.

Hi Everyone,

 

So this started happening about an hour ago. I loaded the app and I get this message "Tile Migration Failed". No tiles appear. No friends are showing. No stats at all on the app. I can see them on the website dashboard but nothing on the app. I've restarted my phone, Insprire HR, turned off bluetooth, repaired device, reinstalled app, Done everything I can think of but nothing is working. Is anyone else having this issue at the moment?

Just tried the app on my laptop and its synched and working fine.  Must be the Phone App.

Mines doing the same, I think it hasn’t been downloading for a few days.. I tried to turnoff my phone along with several other things and nothing works.

I am unable to open my app today. It starts to open then I get a black screen. I’ve restarted my phone, turned off Bluetooth restarted phone and then turned Bluetooth back on but to no avail. I have uninstalled the app an reinstalled it and now it does open but I have no data and it says tile migration failed. What’s happening? Help please

I’m having the same problem, went on to track my exercise but it kept crashing so reinstalled it now this message shows.

I have also tried reinstalling the app but I am having the same issue. Must be something with the update.
