So this started happening about an hour ago. I loaded the app and I get this message "Tile Migration Failed". No tiles appear. No friends are showing. No stats at all on the app. I can see them on the website dashboard but nothing on the app. I've restarted my phone, Insprire HR, turned off bluetooth, repaired device, reinstalled app, Done everything I can think of but nothing is working. Is anyone else having this issue at the moment?
Mines doing the same, I think it hasn’t been downloading for a few days.. I tried to turnoff my phone along with several other things and nothing works.
Best AnswerI am unable to open my app today. It starts to open then I get a black screen. I’ve restarted my phone, turned off Bluetooth restarted phone and then turned Bluetooth back on but to no avail. I have uninstalled the app an reinstalled it and now it does open but I have no data and it says tile migration failed. What’s happening? Help please
