Mine stopped tracking stages 4 nights ago...
A while back it did this and I had a chat with support. I had to delete my Blaze, uninstall the app, reinstall the app, and re-add my Blaze. It then worked for around 2 weeks. Now not working again.
Which sucks since resting heart rate monitoring and sleep monitoring were my two big reasons to want this particular device.... And no I won't called "uninstall and reinstall everything once a month" a solution.
Technical note "All Day Sync" is on for my device.
Mine has been working now for over a month. Maybe it had to go back and forth a couple of times to get the kinks worked out.

Best AnswerUPDATE from yesterday.
Last night I enabled "Always Connected" as well as "all day sync". I figured battery consumption wasn't such an issue on my phone since I have it charging while I sleep.
Lo and behold! I got sleep states this morning! Now testing to see if this is consistent. It might be that you have to have both "all day sync" and "always connected" active for sleep stages now, which kinda sucks, but at least it might be a reason/work around.
Best AnswerI've not gotten any assistance with my sleep data issue. I've used my new Alta HR for 6 days/nights now. It records ALL data daily without any issues...... with only one exception. My sleep data on my new HR showed my report in the new STAGES format the 1st 4 nights BUT ......The last 2 nights it's showing my sleep record in the old PATTERN format. How do I get it to revert back to showing STAGES? I don't like the old PATTERN format it automatically switched to.
