I'm glad to see new faces around @Brittney44Woman Very Happy Have you tried what my friend @MikeF suggested? If you're still having this issue, I'd recommend following the steps posted here.

If you're still getting the "Tracker not found" message after follow those directions, try these ones:

  • From the Fitbit app tap the button on the top left corner and tap "devices".
  • Tap on your Fitbit listed in the menu and then at the bottom tap "Remove This device".
  • Go into the Bluetooth settings on your phone and tap on "Forget This Device".
  • Go back to the Fitbit app, go to the "Account" option in the upper right corner and select "Set up a Device". This should start the setup process for your device.

Make sure all other bluetooth enabled devices are out of range when you do this.

Have you reset the tracker itself? https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/?l=en_US&p=flex_2&fs=Search&pn=1

Same issue here... i did reboot the computer, turned the bluetooth on and off, several times. After tried reset the tracker, finally removed it from my devices and tried to add it back. The app can not find it anymore. Went through the same with my windows phone, finally installed the app on my android tab and tried to add it there. Nothing worked. My flex is just about a month old. What do i do now?

Yes, I did, and finally contacted the support. But later I got another idea and let the tracker to go out of power completely and then put to charge for about 4 hours. After did try to add the device back again and it was working. Could sync back too. So I asked the support to cancel my case.

My fitbit could not be found on second device. Tried everything here and it didn't work. I had to turn Bluetooth off on my phone which was synced to the tracker in order to connect to second device

Same here. My phone broke a few days ago and I installed fitbit on my old phone and having been able to synch since then. I've followed everything there is on the forums and still simply says tracker not found..I logged on a friend's phone yesterday and it synched immediately...Makes no sense to me

What worked for me in the end was turning Bluetooth off on another nearby
device. It was linked to this other device close by and therefore
wouldn’t sync with my phone
Best Answer

I followed these steps, and they worked, but only for for a few hours.

How about a more permanent solution?

Thanks

My flex2 says tracker not found.  It never had trouble syncing before and now it can never be found.  It does not connect to Bluetooth and when it does, it is only for 2 minutes, and then it disconnects.  I think it is the problem with the flex2 since I do not have a connection problem with anything else.

Hi my Fitbit has stopped working and it's not coming back on. Even though the battery is full. I have tried everything from removing the device, forgetting it with Bluetooth. Trying to pair it again... Everything. Still it's not powering up.

Any suggestions
