Hello everyone. Sorry for the delay in my reply.

If your Flex 2 isn't syncing please try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Having the exact same problem on my Charge 2.

i did all the suggestions including forgetting tracker and now I can’t set it up at all as it can’t find the tracker.

This must be a problem with the fitbit as same problem happens on both my phone and iPad.  Neither seems to work and i am losing data because of this.

when I bought the fitbit it was to encourage me to exercise more and to monitor my sleep.  But all it does is stress me out and gives me sleepless nights.

im over it and am looking for a new brand

Thanks for this! Solved my issue - I hadn’t even thought that my old phone might be overriding the Bluetooth connect to new phone.

Yep, that works already...for the first sync then it doesn't work again and you have remove the app and reload it again to get it to sync. 😑

Hi,

I've been now for over 24 hours with the same issue but it got worse when after u pairing it, it would not connect again!

After actually got it back on the phone it keeps on stating "no device found"

So frustrating!!

Is that Fitbit just became defective?

I upgraded my old Fitbit charge 2 for the Versa in May this year!

When you do this though, you lose all un synced data?

device is not found....It was working fine b4 going to bed. What shall I do?

Uninstall the app and unpair the device from your phone.
Then reinstall the app and follow the steps again. I've since gotten a new device (fitbit versa lite) but my previous fitbit had this issue a lot.
Hope this helps.

I did a reset and now the pebble wont even turn on. The rest set cause it to not work at all now.

I have an Inspire HR and the problem disappears after a few minutes. It doesn’t appear very often but I’m sensing it happens after the app cleans up the local data

My android cheap phone finds and syncs happily but the iPhoneXR never can find it. Is it just an iPhone problem?

Well I’ve done all those things, just still does not find it. I’m wondering if it does not like me running two devices in parallel
