Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've bought the Charge 3 & I'm trying to set the Pool Length for swimming, I've looked at the help topics & it says to click Advanced Settings & then Swim Settings but when I click Advanced Settings in the App I don't have the Swim Settings option. The help topics also says you Can access the Swim Settings from the Excercise Screen on the Fitbit but i din't know how to find this. Can anyone help please? Many thanks

The only thing perhaps you could try is to go on Fitbit and select exercise then workout which is basically what you’ll be doing

On your fitbit, tap the screen and scroll to the left. Click on exercise and scroll through until you see swim, scroll up on the screen - from here you can adjust the pool length.

Hope this helps.

I am trying to set my Fitbit Charge3 but when you going to dashboard/exercise/swimming it will only let you put in the duration of time.  How can you set it to lengths 25metre pool?

Go onto your Fitbit watch. Swipe right and click exercise. Swipe across until you find Swim. Don’t click Swim but swipe up on that screen and there it will show your current pool length. Click on Pool Length and change it to the length of your pool. Hope this helps!!

My Charge 3 only has a "Main Goal" heading.  When I open it I am only offered "steps, distance, calories burned, active minutes, floors climbed."   There is no option for swimming.  I am frustrated. The reason I bought this was to track my swimming...and my laps.  I have swam in two different pools, both 25 yards.  My tracker tells me it is 28 yards.  It counts my kicks as steps! I usually use "auto recognize".  I tried to just select "swimming" but then it didn't count my heart rate.

Pool length needs to be set on your Fitbit at 25 metres, when you get to pool sync your app, when you have done your swim the app will show how many lengths you’ve done and calories used

I’m trying to change the pool length on my charge 3 too but seem to have lost ‘goals’! Any idea why this might be?
