I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Same for me. If I add by the + or use frequent items they just keep falling away. It started yesterday with dinner. It would keep any of it. Today random items disappear from all meals.,

Thanks for looking into this! I’m having the same problem in iOS. No method of entry for any type of food or quick calories stays in the log for more than a few seconds. I logged out & in, restarted phone, and deleted & redownloaded Fitbit app - no luck. It started sometime yesterday morning, because I added things in the morning but by lunchtime was having problems.

I think I’ve resolved the issue !!!
go into the App Store , click on your Profile picture and scroll down to Fitbit . There is an update option , so press on update and food log works again !!

Logging food via plus sign from dashboard
Every meal so far today (breakfast and morning snack)
Based on behavior when logging on food at a time, it appears each food item replaces the one before it.

Happens in the food site in the app for all ways to add food and I use an android. Started yesterday morning. Still not working after restart and re-download.

So, after 3 or 4 days it's hopefully fixed, then what? Use the unintuitive "process" to enter a missed days calories? To the developers: just undó what software change you made on 12/3 or 4 and see if that tells you anything. Should take about 15 minutes.

I have also been having these problems.
I can press the Plus(+) and see all my recent/frequent food logs, and go through the process of logging and whatnot. If I press "Log & add more", no errors appear. But when I finish logging, and it returns to the daily page, everything I have logged since early yesterday morning does not show up.

Go into the App Store on your phone , press on your photo and scroll down to Fitbit - there is an update on it that you need to press on . I’ve just done this and the food log works fine again .
