Fitbit app - Food Fitbit App Deleting Food Logs Immediately

I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Yes I think so. Mine seems to be working fine now as well. The data I entered this morning was logged.

I've just successfully recorded my evening meal on MFP & it's appeared in the Fitbit app. Fingers crossed.

The foodlog has returned! I was able to successfully log my entries from yesterday and this morning, and it still appears to be working as it used to.

Yep. I am pretty irate about it too. I figured it would have been cleaned
up yesterday when we all started flooding the comments. So far, no changes
this am. Highly disappointed.

Mods, please ask the Fitbit App devs to roll back their last update, whatever it was.

Once we customers have our apps back to functional, they can take however long they need to figure out what happened with the current update using an offline sandbox environment.

Everything I do, custom food, or scanned food, etc

it just vanishes when I try putting in anything. It was working for me 2 days ago but this problem occurred yesterday

I was just able to log food intake for yesterday and today.

Seems to be fixed.

I’ve now checked app again at 17.57 (5.57pm) on Friday 5/11/25 and Food Log seems to be working again.

I haven’t seen anything from Fitbit to confirm or indicate what went wrong…

My food app on my Charge 5 is now working.  I was able to enter my food log for today and  calories added to the home screen added correctly . I am using an Android.  However, the calories are not totaling for yesterday but I was able to enter the food items. There is hope!

Able to add & log foods & Calories & entries are NOT BEING ERASED !

They are tallying as normal !
