I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Yes I think so. Mine seems to be working fine now as well. The data I entered this morning was logged.

Best AnswerMods, please ask the Fitbit App devs to roll back their last update, whatever it was.
Once we customers have our apps back to functional, they can take however long they need to figure out what happened with the current update using an offline sandbox environment.

My food app on my Charge 5 is now working. I was able to enter my food log for today and calories added to the home screen added correctly . I am using an Android. However, the calories are not totaling for yesterday but I was able to enter the food items. There is hope!

FOOD LOGGING on my FitBit Luxe has been resolved !
Able to add & log foods & Calories & entries are NOT BEING ERASED !
They are tallying as normal !
