I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

FOOD LOGGING on my FitBit Luxe has been resolved !
Able to add & log foods & Calories & entries are NOT BEING ERASED !
They are tallying as normal !

I found a temporary fix for this that seems to be working well. Open edit (tap the pencil icon). You will see “set your focus” on the next page. You can then scroll to change the focus to weight management. After I did this, my new homepage was set up a bit differently then before.At the top center, it used to prominently display the number of steps. Now, at the top, it prominently displays the number of calories that I have burned. Underneath with smaller icons, it shows steps and the summary data for a couple of other things. Now when you scroll down, and enter your food items, and it will show as it has previously.

Mine is now working. I doubt we will hear anything from Fitbit as to what happened, but it appears to be fixed for now, at least for me.

Mine is working, including updating yesterday’s. Did update iOS to 26.1 yesterday though.

It happens with food from the data base
it started happening on December 3rd late morning or early afternoon.... the food i logged in for breakfast and morning snack are still there. everything after that, has disappeared, even though i've logged in several items every day since then....
