Fitbit app - Food Fitbit App Deleting Food Logs Immediately

I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

my Fitbit versa four seems to be working properly, I was able to update calories for yesterday and also this morning.

Hi everybody! Thank you for your messages and feedback. .Our team is working on solving this. they are aware and looking into it.

I did a force stop, then restarted the app as someone mentioned above. It's working now.

Appears to be working now -- entered today's food about an hour ago and it is still there.

Hey there. Same situation. I just unsubscribed but got your message in
email. My guess is that it must take a while to start working? You could
create a rule in your email to locate the messages to their own folder, or
you could mark them spam and they will go to your spam folder? It's
annoying I agree.

Same for me, whether search, scan, + or quick add, it disappears. Can't enter food into any of the categories: snack, breakfast, lunch, dinner. I am android user. I did a phone restart ensure I had all software updates. I made sure the app didn't have any updates. I un-installed, reinstalled, logged out, logged back in, forget device, reconnect device, rebooted phone, etc. Tried every option possible and it's not working. Everything else in app is working and tracking properly!

Just found out I can do it on my iPad and it’s working today. It’s been playing up all day and yesterday found out if you do it on an iPad or something bigger it works

It appears to be working now? Wonder where the problem was as they didn't

Mine worked for about 10 minutes. I logged everything from yesterday and
this morning but then I tried to scan with a barcode and now it's not
working again.

Good news, folks. I am back in with the Fitbit food logging. Logged all yesterday's and today's food and all records keep there, no disappearing. iOS.
