Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.
I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Thanks for being a Fitbit customer!

My versa has stopped tracking my HRV and BR for 3+ days. Now it says it can't give me detailed sleep data. I completed the update, which is when these issues started. Please advise.

I have exactly same problem. Not had BR or HRV for 3 days. I have iPhone 12 and iOS 14.6

FFS! I now lost the stages of sleep as well. One would suppose Fitbit would have acknowledged the issue as it affects almost everyone regardless of phone / OS!
And it's only getting worse! They should offer credit towards the Fitbit premium service as a compensation pretty much as when you get rebate / discount from you carrier when the service is down.

Same problem with charge 4, 2 days no BR and HRV data. Not working on android and ipad. I tried all suggestions without success.
It must be a general problem, not a local problem with devices.
I hope it will be resolved as I really like the HRV data!

No sleep data
no breathing
no HRV
in fact the only data I’m getting consistently in the last week is skin temperature
iPhone 11
version 14.6

Morning number 3 and no health metrics. I only got basic sleep details last night. Stress score and resting heart rate are there

Same problem over here (fitbit user in The Netherlands). All health metrics have been displaying normally from February up to and until June 25th. But no BR and no HRV since June 26th. The other data are complete though (there is skjin temp, SpO2 and resting heart rate)!
Sleep scores have been 78+ (5 hrs, 7 hrs and 7+ hrs sleep)
My band is not too tight. Similar as always.
So, I think this must be some software bug!

I didn't get stress score either. Soon we won't get any details

I dunno much but, maybe you could disconnect it from your phone and then reconnect it?
That would be the first thing I think of.

Same here. No stress management score, no sleep score and half of the health metrics are not working either. I checked and I have the latest app version and I am on Android 11. What gives?

I force quit the app and restart my watch everyday. Some stability improvements, but no SpO2 readings overnight. Perhaps the sensor's not meant to function during sleep? There are sooo many easily reproducable problems with the sense (some with workarounds like disabling transliteration) that surely their development team must be working overtime on fixes. I can live with some of the workarounds but the HRM is wildly inaccurate. I'm hoping that they left some if the team to support current devices and didn't move them all to Google and Samsung's Wear partnership!

I haven’t been able to see my BR or HRV since last Thursday and now despite getting several hours of sleep, no sleep score. I’ve tried literally everything and based on the other topics it appears it’s not just me. Is Fitbit going to address the issue? My Premium free trial expires and I had planned to pay for the service starting July 1st, but not if half of the functions are broken! 😞

I have tried all suggestions. Last reading for br and hrv June 25. Now I get everything but hrv and br. All worked fine until then on both previous charge 2 with premium and now new luxe I do note an app update installed just before issue started.

I’m in the same boat. I wear a Whoop strap and was hoping to ditch the Whoop (30.00 a month monitoring) but if this is a known problem with the Fitbit, I may ditch them both. I’m not getting any solutions from support either. I can understand if it never worked but it works the first day then never again??? I even replaced the unit thinking it was defective. Come to find out the first strap may not have been defective but it was definitely used; the second strap was packaged differently.

Why isn’t support acknowledging this???? Instead of allowing us to mindless search the forums
