So in Health Metrics for SPO2 all I get now is:
Download Clock Face (Link)
Download SPO2 Tracker App (Link)
Neither of which solved the issue.
Since 2 days ago.
Really annoying!

It worked only for few days . Reinstalled app / reset the device twice.

I have exactly the same issue. I've done the same as you, customer service couldn't help, pretended they could but their suggestions failed.

Hi Lizzy
Tried all the restarts and factory reset still not working.
Phone Moto g 5g OS Android 11.
metrics on phone still showing.
Download SP02 clock face to phone.
Install app to phone
Both are loaded
This worked for one month then stopped.
All updates done.
You can see SP02 % on the sense clock face.
This is a software problem.

Tried the suggestions from LizzyFitbit, but unfortunately they did not work. I have the Sp02 Signature clock face installed as well as the Sp02 Tracker App. This is what I have been seeing in the Fitbit App for the past four days:

I have the same problem. Suddenly SpO2 health metric stopped working. Just showing 'install new clockface'. Have tried all the fixes. Nothing works. Cannot understand why this has not been fixed yet considering the number of users affected. Very unhappy .. am considering sending back for a refund.

My sense one month old, feel the same.
This is a software problem.
Fitbit need to sort it out and stop this reset this, reset that and reload app.
Nothing works (SOFTWARE) 🤣🤣.

Spo2 tracker app has worked on my sense for almost 4 months. It quit about 4 days ago. I removed it and reinstalled it. No joy. Rebooted watch and iphone. No joy. Watch os 128.5.38. iPhone os 14.6.

Safe to say this has nothing to do with the user. Looks like most, if not all, users are impacted. It's been over 4 days now and this still has not been fixed. Fitbit needs to acknowledge this is a problem at *their* end and fix it ASAP rather than providng us with templated steps to try and fix what is clearly not an isolated problem.

This same thing started happening to me after installing the 44.128.5.38 firmware update. Sp02 was the primary reason I purchased the Sense. Hoping they can resolve this issue quickly.

Same here. Support working on it. No SpO2 last 3 days, BR no data 5 days, etc. FYI, you should be able to see SPO2 if you go to standalone TODAY APP, go to bottom & should be there with week history. Think this is Fitbit app bug as crops up every once in awhile, plus other data is not consistent, except seems RHR only one right daily.

Good day, same problem here I am seeing download clock face and download spo2 app. On spo2 watch face I see data, also with reacent update in today app in watch I can see 7d logs, tried to do everything except factory reset.. I'm new Fitbit user also premium... Can I assume this is warranty situation?? Because I had aaaaalot of problems, and to tell the truth I'm exhausted with all these bugs ...
