For young ladies under 13 who need help tracking cycles, the female health tool would be valuable. The parent could enable it when it is applicable. This should be an option. It would allow discreet tracking at her fingertips.

You need to put an option of disabling quick view on the ace. For me I’m annoyed that the battery runs low so quickly because of quick view. My child is very active and quick view which is always enabled on this device (ace) is always working in overdrive hence why the battery runs out so quickly and needs constantly charging. I own a Fitbit Alta hr and I disabled this function for the exact reason I am wanting the ace to have a disable function. Others are also annoyed that quick view at night is disturbing their child by waking them when they move while sleeping. You need to find a solution else I am going to have swap to a competitor.
I would love to see more clock face options geared towards girls. I have a daughter and she’s so limited in choice. Would love to see flowers, hearts, peace sign or even an emoji along with date and time. Because currently if I pick a character, I have to give up date display and vice versa.
Malai if more options with analog clock dials can be given. All these children are learning to read the clock at this age. It would be an added tool to have an analog clock dial with all the numbers on it.
My daughter (age 7) just got diagnosed with T1D. I had planned on getting her the Ace for her 8th birthday (and our trip to Disney). However, now I'm looking into more than just step counts. Do you think Heart Rate would ever be available for kids? Also reading it doesn't seem like you have any Diabetes apps to connect with yet. Would love one so that when she is active I don't have to constantly worry.

Shame on you Fitbit for making such a small cord that's not practical at all. Really need a longer cord than 4 inches or so... Please create longer cords and send them to us or allow us to opt in for them
I want Spotify on the Ace 2 please and on the app put a option if you can listen to swearing songs but you have the put the password of the owner of the Family and the option is only on a phone
On the Fitbit Ace 2 you should make it so on the plant *lock screen they can chosethe pleant to always be fully grown, same with the Fred screen that shows on te box, make the monster fully grown too.
*No idea what to call it.

I’d prefer my children’s devices to have the option to remove some of the displays on scroll like I have. They currently only need time (with date), steps and maybe sleep. Otherwise I worry they are going to drive teachers mad with swiping unnecessarily in school!

I've been looking for a fitness tracker for my 11 year old and finding it very difficult. The Fitbit Ace 2 fits all the function criteria and the strap size is small enough. The big problem is that it looks like it is made for a toddler and not any child over 8 years old. The design is not cool but babyish with block pastel colours. My son would have found this embarrassing when he was 8 let alone 11. Please update your design for older kids.

A tracker made just for 2-year-olds or older. I feel that would help parents know how active and whatnot their kid is or whatever. So parents know how healthy their kid is. But don't make it too expensive, because parents won't buy it then.

My daughter has a Fitbit Ace and is disappointed that it can’t do as much as her brothers Vivo Jr. she would love to be able to time herself
I would like to have the choice to select which time zone is used to display time on the Ace.
Edit: removed this request as this is actually already possible, see here. I just wish this was easier to find, e.g. linked to the device settings rather than the advanced account settings.
You need to allow child devices to be setup via a PC connection, for those of us who do not want this managed on certain phones - in my case my only phone (and no tablet) is a work device and I do not want my child's device connected to it.
