I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Mine seems to have started working again. So far I have logged three items that have remained in the app. This was without any updates or tech procedures

Having had issues with calorie counting since yesterday, this evening my fit bit app on desk top would not open at all, therefore I went into settings and the fit bit app and forced a stop. Closed the app and went back to desk top, on opening found everything as it should be. Thank-you 👍 👌
