Issues started evening of 12/4. Morning and lunch was able to be tracked. Dinner was not able to be tracked as well as breakfast this morning 12/5. Using IOS in the Food section of the app with foods listed in database. They show for a few seconds and then disappear

I have an iPhone.
since yesterday midday (12/4) my app has not allowed me to log food. It’ll log it and within 10seconds remove itself from the log. It does it with the + sign on the dash and the food site in the app itself. It also does it for anytime of day or snack etc.

I have an iPhone and I’ve experienced the disappearing food entries. It will post and then disappear. Happened with lunch and dinner yesterday.

Same. Spent hours doing all the things to fix it. It’s on their end. I’m getting so frustrated because what’s the point of having this if it won’t work

I tried to enter food with the (+) and none of my entries are saving (none of my meals or snacks). I am using an Android (I'm on android 16). I noticed the problem yesterday and tried clearing my cache and force quitting the app several times, restarting my phone and deleting and downloading the app several times.

Yep, same here. Using Android, got a Charge 6. Happens no matter how I try to add food - using the '+', searching for a food,, or clicking on my own custom foods. This is a real annoyance and needs a fix as soon as possible.

Ditto, same problem started yesterday and is still not working today.
When adding food from "+" one item will show, then disappears.
Have uninstalled/reinstalled app, restarted phone, unsynced phone/re-synced, etc. nothing is helping.

I use the app CarbManager to put food into and track carbs. Fitbit has been linked and collected that data for 3+ months and yesterday it just stopped working. Fitbit remained at zero all day. Then I tried to add quick calories in Fitbit and it looks like it works but as soon as I go back to the main page it resets to zero. It seems to be on every meal.
I am an android user with the latest version of Fitbit

My food entries are disappearing. Last night I could not enter any dinner items, as soon as I entered them, they were gone. Previously it had been occurring with a few items. Now my breakfast items are disappearing. This occurred in the food site in the Fitbit app. It occurs with multiple meals. It includes database foods. I’m using an iPhone (iOS)
