HRV is used in a multiple calculations such as calculating daily readiness and probably some other calculations possibly including recommended cardio load. Perhaps once per week in HEALTH METRICS my HRV will show as "0 ms - Below personal range" and on the Health Metrics TODAY page it shows as "Heart rate variability No data in the past 24 hrs". ... Strange. Left versa on desk, went to sleep & woke up to see ~1,250 steps. Read some other post - sync with mobile, etc. My mobile has 100 steps (from waking up & making coffee)... so not aligned here.
