I use Fitbit to track my resting heart rate alongside stress and illness for insight into how my body is coping. A useful feature was removed. The graph that plotted fat mass with lean mass was very useful to me. I just lost about 40 pounds and it let me see that my lean mass was staying almost the same while I was losing fat.
