Syncing Alta on Samsung Galaxy Note 7

I just switched from an iPhone to the Note 7. I am loving the Note 7! I just have one problem... I can't set up my Alta to sync with it! I can't even get the Fitbit app on my Note 7 to find my Alta. I've tried turning the phone's Bluetooth off and on...
