In a challenge employees must submit their monthly steps. Is there a way of getting a "monthly " tally page instead of weekly would be so much easier then having to gather the weekly emails or taking screen shots of the weeks

A way to view the benchmark information from the online Dashboard, currently the only way to view that benchmark information is through the smart phone app.

Hi, so it's a well known problem that the band's are causing contact dermatitis (sweat rash) under the bands on a lot of the fitness watches. There is an easy way to fix/stop this by implementing small breathing holes throughout the entire band so the air can get through and the moisture can evaporate out. This would solve the rash problem and make the bands even more comfortable as the heat would be able to escape more easily. Thanks Tori

So we all know the GPS data on walks and runs is highly problematic - when the device loses contact with enough GPS trackers, the position can jump wildly and it is not uncommon for the distance of a walk to end up doubled, as a result. Which is worse than useless data: it is detrimental data.
Why detrimental? Because the steps multiplied by stride distance does a stellar job of estimating distance, in comparison. So the be forced to taint that good estimate with a terrible GPS one when we walk or run, is really unnecessary, to put things mildly. And the only way to overcome this is to delete your entire exercise session - frustrating.
There has been a good feature request to be able to edit the GPS path, but Fitbit does not want to develop that capability at this time. So an interim solution, which should be completely trivial to develop, is the ability to get the app to ignore the GPS computation of distance. That way we still log the useful data of exercise time, average heart rate, peak heart rate, steps contributed to daily total (etc), but are not saddled with the wildly inaccurate distance data.
Please, PLEASE implement this. Without it, the walk and run exercises are unusable if you want your distance tally to be even remotely meaningful.

I would love an on-device water intake tracking panel. Under the header “Water” there could be the same shortcuts as on the app: glass (8oz), water bottle (16oz), and lg bottle (20oz) for quick add throughout the day. As a deployed soldier, my phone only works on WiFi at the barracks. Without having my phone on me during the day I often loose track of my water intake and think a shortcut on my FitBit would better hold me accountable during work hours. Thank you for your considerations!

Introduce linecap attribute for SVG elements such as ARC, LINE etc. With possible values: butt, round, square. So one can easily implement rounded, squared or cut-off lines. Example: <arc x="50" y="50" width="200" height="200" fill="red" arc-width="20" start-angle="0" sweep-angle="270" linecap="rounded"/>

There are days when I don’t have time to enter my Calories Eaten during the course of the day. The problem is, as soon as midnight arrives, if you haven’t entered ANY calories for the day, that day is wiped out of existence and you can never go back and enter the calories eaten. This is a software issue that has never been corrected. I’m sure someone might argue that having no calories entered for a day would skew the weekly stats but that simply is not the case. The app could easily be programmed to ignore days with no calories entered and not figure them in to the average. Deleting a whole day and preventing delayed entry doesn't make any sense.

Hello
I use the food library avidly and I would love to see a new feature for combining multiple food items into a personalized item.
Example: I make daily shakes which use 9 different items from strawberries to whole grain oats. I have to individually select each of the 9 items every time I drink my shake. If there was an option to group several commonly used food items into 1 favorite, that would be amazing. Basically if I were to select "Daily Shake", then every item in that group selects automatically.
Please consider and use this suggestion.

Why, why, why Fitbit. You have a iconic watch that is full of features that you think we should have or think we want. (You sound like Microsoft). I am guessing that over half of your customers would prefer a very simple but functional watch! I think the Surge was a great watch except for a couple of things: One it needed a replaceable band, and two it need a seconds on the watch face. The rest of the watch was perfect. GPS worked good, the HR worked good and the display stay lit all the time and the battery lasted for days. Now with these new watches you have to move your wrist, hit a button or jump or and down or stand on one foot to see the time. You get the point. Why? Just get rid of all the cute battery hogging apps, cute watch faces etc. Just have a very basic face (time, seconds date) and have it on all the time. If we want to use the GPS we go to exercise and use it, we can swipe to steps, HR etc. but if you aren't in exercise mode then just a simple watch that stays on all the time. Please make a simple watch like the surge, with replaceable bands, basic clock display that stays on all the time and the battery will last for day without charging. Yes, if you use the GPS then we have to charge the battery more often but you don't use GPS everyday but you do the clock. Don;'t add more features, cute apps, games etc. Keep it Simple!! That is what we want and you would have a lot less problems.

When syncing my ionic with iPhone, if the screen locks before sync completes, or if switching to another app whilst sync in progress, the sync fails to complete. Could this be looked at for future updates to the app/Os? The sync is so slow, there is a desire to leave it to sync (hence screen locking) or switch to another app to do something else until it finishes (which inevitably it doesn’t as you have switched from the Fitbit app!) iPhone 6s ios12 beta (same issue with ios11) ionic latest is version.

Hi, is it possible to provide an option to create a dish by selecting the food items from the database? It should be like Create a custom dish and then I get to choose the foods from food database and also should be able to set the amount of each food item selected so that the whole dish creates one serving. This feature is useful for people who have dishes that are not in food database and they can store this in their personal database. The nutritional data can be retrieved from the food database based on the amount each food item is selected for the dish and total nutritional value can then be automatically created for the custom dish.

It would be good to know how many votes the "delivered" feature suggestions have received.
I see a lot of feature suggestions that are asked for more than once, and have gained a lot of points, but are not delivered.
It would be nice if Fitbit were transparent in their communications and let us know how many points the "delivered" suggestions had gained. I often see enhancements that I cannot see that too many people had asked for so it seems weird that they were delivered but the things we all want are not delivered.

A lot of the time, I eat food that is made with lots of ingredients and not already made. However, it is very hard to find all of my ingredients each time I want to track a new, home made meal and when I want to track it again quickly, I either can’t find it on previously eaten with or an ingredient I use rarely and only for that dish I can’t fin to track it all in one go. If there is a “My Recipies” section in food logging, then you could press add, put how many ingredients and what ones are in a serving and then press done. Then, you can find your meal add how much you have eaten and then add it to what you’ve eaten in the day. I hope this is added to Fitbit as it will improve both mine and many other people’s experience.

I would like to have the choice to select which time zone is used to display time on the Ace.
Edit: removed this request as this is actually already possible, see here. I just wish this was easier to find, e.g. linked to the device settings rather than the advanced account settings.

I tried to manually record my distance on the dashboard and it would not accept .75 or 3/4 mile as valid numbers. This forced me to put down 1 mile when I only did .75
When I contacted support, I was told to do it in kilometers, but that is not my unit of measurement. Fitbit needs to address this and make it possible to manually record distance in parts of a mile.

Hi - There needs to be option tto un-click a symptom logged in error. I accidentally logged my menstral flow on the incorrect dates on the calendar of the female health tracker. It now seems they are stuck there which is affecting the accuracy of my trends and records.I was able to replace with ‘spotting’ but not remove completely to show no blood. It seems an obvious thing so maybe I’m just not using the app correctly. If if this is possible to do already - can you tell me how I remove my accidental log?

Many women are receiving multiple messages from male 'users' who join Fitbit to contact women and not to step. This is harassment and unacceptable. Please add a feature so we can report these to Fitbit who can then delete/block the user. At the moment, all we can do is block the user personally which doesn't stop him harassing other women on the site. I have upset, humiliated, harassed friends and this is unacceptable. Please help.

Every day I track what I’ve been eating in my Fitbit app and sometimes I’d like to check how many kcal I’ve consumed the day before or during the week. Since Fitbit erases the tracked food data ever day after midnight it’s simply not possible for me to see my calorie intake on the previous days.

After back surgery, fitbit became my personal trainer to recovery. It has been a huge part to my increases strength and endurance. I went from flex to chargeHR 2 and love it, but it's not waterproof. I see you have a new one out that is waterproof but it has only a 4 day charge and bulky looking. I understand it's lightweight but when day you make lightweight, waterproof and more feminine looking? The charge is bigger than I like also but it's ok. My daughter's flex must be charged every other day. Hubby charge only makes it about 4 days now also. Both our charge Hr2 faces are cracked as well. We want an option that is waterproof, battery for a week, smaller and durable .

I have a versa, which I love, but I travel a great deal. Whilst my phone automatically updates the time whenever I land in a new timezone I have to go through the laptop app in order to change the time on my Versa. This is not always convenient. It would be great if time zone settings could be managed through the mobile phone app, rather than online or through the laptop app.

I think it would be cool if fitbit could keep up with how many miles you ran or walked in your life time while wearing your fit. For an example let's say I wore my fitbit for a year and I do running exersice 4 days a week, it would be cool if it stored how many miles you did everyday and stored that into your profile and at the end of the year you can go back and see how many miles you did all together and keep up with how many miles you do for the following years also. It would be a cool motivator.

I guess part of this depends on how accurate FitBit's sleep tracking is. I used to be a very healthy person, but I feel like my health is rapidly declining. I think deteriorating health is related to my sleep quality. FitBit's tips are nice and all, but I don't really think they are helpful enough. My main problem is deep sleep. For example I only got 14 minutes of deep sleep last night, and I think this is going to kill me. I think it would be nice if people could opt in to share their sleep data in a forum, and share what physical problems they have. You guys could just prompt people poor sleep to opt in. Looking into it, I have all the symptoms of Fibromyalgia. Perhaps it is the lack of deep sleep causing Fibromyalgia and scores of other health issues, but no one has recognized what a problem a lack of deep sleep is. If people could share what they have tried to help their sleep quality, that would also be great. For example I'm waiting to go on identical hormone replacement therapy. Maybe that will help? It would be great if I could log, before and after so other people can see if the results are beneficial. People could create tags that other people could follow. I know you guys are in the the business of making money, so maybe you could charge a small fee for access to the forum or the service? It would be worth it because this information people share could become life saving.

I recently upgraded to Fitbit Versa and was really looking forward to using the music feature in it. Sadly, Pandora and Deezer both the apps are not available in India. The only option is to transfer the music from the laptop which is really outdated since everyone stream music these days. Please help us by keeping an app which is available in India as there are a lot of users of Fitbit. I honestly don't mind switching to a different app but having no option at all is just heartbreaking.

While your Fitbit is charging and you are still moving it would be great for the Fitbit app to continue to count your steps. Until the watch/sports tracker can charge itself (motion or solar) this would be a great advantage then to miss steps

I have the Fitbit Alta and I was thinking of switching to the Versa. The only issue I have are the wristbands. I prefer the metal wristbands versus the mesh/plastic ones. I think that Fitbit you should develop the metal wristbands for the Versa too. I have the metal wristbands for my Alta and I always receive compliments. Plus the metal bands dress up the fitness gadget.
