Recently my 3rd Fitbit Charge broke because of water. Don't know what the reason is, but after approximately 2 years apparently the Fitbit is not waterproof anymore. For me this is a reason why I don't want to wear a Fitbit anymore, certainly after 3 times. I hope for users this will improve the future watches.

Fitbit products have never been the most durable but their support and warranty were phenomenal. Since Google bought the company, the support is terrible. I logged a case about my fitbit not syncing. After spending an hour with the support tech, the device was non-functional. Since, I get no help and no commitment as to when I might get help.

Please add an option for longer or repeated call vibrations on the Charge 6. Right now, it only vibrates twice, making it easy to miss calls. A simple setting to extend or repeat vibrations would be very helpful. Thanks!

I need quick access to countdown on my charge 6, and ability to reset the timer during the alarm, as I want to time my stretches during a warmup without a long time spent finding and then resetting the countdown every time. Moderator Edit: Clarified subject and updated label

It would be very nice to have a setting on the watch that allows us to disable it to notify us when the phone is unlocked/being actively used.

Google has released the new "Find my Device" dashboard, but Fitbit Charge devices are not supported. Now, if even a Bluetooth speaker like JBL Flip 6 can make it, I believe time has come for Fitbit devices (starting with Charge 5 and 6) to be tracked for safety / retrieval purposes. To prevent any unwanted damage to the battery of the Charge 6: provide an option to turn off the Charge 6 e.g. via menu option or key (combination).

On the Charge 6, and I think this was the same on the 5, you cannot enable "Exercise Focus" to turn off notifications during exercise unless you enable Do Not Disturb. The Exercise Focus setting should not require DND to be enabled, since it should be conditional on using the Exercise app on the device. Moderator edit: Clarified subject

I am just testing out the Charge 6 and I am missing a feature that every smartwatch had so far: Logging my water intake. Why can I only do that in the app and not on the Charge 6? I've read that this was a feature in older Charge generations - why was that taken out?

It should be possible to turn off the Bluetooth function of the Charge 5 when traveling by plane. See e.g. British Airways: https://www.britishairways.com/cms/global/pdfs/handheld-devices-used-onboard_Dec14.pdf "All Bluetooth accessories [...] must remain switched off for taxi, take-off and landing" Currently, it is not possible to be compliant.

I am aware of the night mode feature that disables the auto-wake of the screen upon turning the wrist. However, I am suggesting another option to allow the auto-wake to stay enabled, but automatically turn down the brightness to the lowest setting for nighttime scenarios ideally based on sunset/sunrise times or by manually setting the time. Please do not discontinue bands for older models! I have had a Charge 4 for 2 years that works perfectly, but the band broke, and bands from Amazon fell apart in less than a month.

I'm sorry to bring this up, but the Apple Watch Ultra has the "action button," where you can press it and it starts a preselected exercise shortcut. I'm thinking you could hold the sides of your Charge 5 for about 5 seconds, and it would start an exercise (Like a run or bike), that you set in the Fitbit App.

All the other clock faces can be displayed in the 24 hour format, but as soon as I switch to the retro clock face it displays in the 12 hour format, even though the 24 hour option is selected in settings... Could an update to fix this issue be implemented?

Can you please have an audible alarm beep or a bell sound to the watch for alarms and or notifications? Now, I cant use the AMAZING 8 alarm feature without being buzzed all the time.
