I see references all over the place for being able to set custom heart rate zones, not just a custom max. The problem seems to be that your calculations overestimate what is commonly considered aerobic and anaerobic zones. Aerobic is traditionally been 70 to 80% of max which is 220 minus age. Fitbit app displays basic google street map view. Would be much better if it allowed the user to also see google satellite map view as well. It's August 2025, and you still haven't updated or corrected online instructions to say that once your Fitbit Account is moved to Google, the user can NO LONGER export data for a specified time frame or whenever we want. I am using a Google Pixel Watch 3. The Fitbit app very often counts awake times in my sleep log outside of my sleep time, which results in bad sleep scores. The app was changed so that it no longer displays daily resting heart rate in the 3 months view. Instead it displays averages over a few days. Better goal settings with alarms when occurring. Instead of setting a high and low and only getting alarms when low and occasionally feed back when it's been elevated past set max it needs to set the alarm off. It may be possible to detect heart murmurs, such as abnormal murmurs, through Fitbit's proprietary heart rate tracker (trend) data chart and machine learning.
