The new option of 60 seconds is inadequate for a lot of applications, especially for nurses, EMTs and other professionals. Please consider adding a feature to the Versa 2, wherein the clock "always on" feature enables you to "tap" the screen and the clock will add seconds (or a second hand) until you tap the screen again. This lets the user control the time the "seconds" are displayed. You can institute an ultimate "timeout" of 10 -15 min if necessary or even make this a user choice. I am a Firefighter/EMT. I love this watch however, I need to be able to take respiratory rate / pulses on my patients. I cant do that with the Fitbit unfortunately. I already posted this once and it was moved to "request for medium band." This is not what my suggestion related to and was not and answer.    I request a change to the fitbit website when ordering bands. The website defaulted to large rather than requiring the user to choose a size. Because of this, I ordered a large when I needed a small. I am not requesting a new band size. I am requesting a change to the order process on the website to ensure other people to not make the same mistake I did and end up with a nearly unusable band size. The requirement for a user to select a product size is how Amazon and every other single website I've ever purchased anything product that has a size works. This is unique to Fitbit in that they don't have this requirement.    I am starting to get very annoyed with Fitbit between the poor customer service when I tried to raise this issue and now my post not being read and being re-categorized incorrectly. I am not requesting a new band size. The tips would be much more interesting if they were selected based on my observed activity. Here is an example. I've averaged 17,000 steps per day over a long time, but I always get the tip to try hitting 10,000 steps per day. Would be super helpful if Fitbit food/calories synced with other apps. I’m currently using Noom & have to enter all of my food into both Noom & Fitbit. Steps sync but nothing else. I like how Fitbit breaks down macronutrient and calories while Noom does calories & puts foods into green, yellow & red categories. Sometimes my Fitbit doesn't auto record an activity/exercise for some unknown reason. Everytime I open up Alexa or Spotify, it prompts me to sync with the Fitbit app first. While my fitbit app is running in the background, it should automatically sync so that I can use Alexa and Spotify whenever I want to. I use my Fitbit Versa 2 during my ABA therapy sessions with my clients. I work with adolescents and adults with autism. A huge of part of ABA therapy is collecting data. I collect data on my clients' problem behaviors and appropriate replacement behaviors throughout sessions. The most common measurement I use is frequency, so it would be helpful if the "Tally Counters App" I use on my iPhone was available on the Fitbit. Some of my clients work on increasing their leisure skills such as time spent exercising or doing weight routines. Having easy access to the Tally Counters App on the Fitbit could help me and other ABA therapist collect data on so many behaviors! This may seem oddly specific but I genuinely think it will help my fellow students.  A very popular study method is the 'Pomodoro Method', where studying is broken into 25 minute sessions (called pomodoros) with 5 minute breaks in between each session.  It allows your brain to reset and renews your attention so you can continue studying with a fresh mind.  It would be super helpful to have a Fitbit feature where you could have pre-set alarms for studying that alert you when your sessions begin and end.   Moderator edit: Subject for clarity ... I've had my Charge 3 for a week and only once has it actually tracked my sleep time properly. The other 6 times it shows me getting up in the middle of the night and then no data after that. On the Dutch App the score for FAIR is translated in matig. To me matig is really discouraging, so my suggestion is to replace it by voldoende or redelijk.
