Hi I do not yet own a Fitbit as I am reluctant to get one due to reading that they cannot be used during swimming, although I have seen that you can add this data to your exercise log I feel that this is a gap in the Fitbit market. If a device could be made or even a case for an existing device then I would purchase without hesitation but as it stands I cannot decide whether to buy or to find another device which has a swimming/fitness function to use during all exercise and daily activities. I've seen the results of the Celebrity Challenges but have you thought about Corporate Challenges? I know my company is very interested in improving the health of all it's employees (albeit not purely alltrueistic) Wouldn't it be fun to say, have a competition by industry? You can even offer employees of the participating companies a discount on select devices (possibly even subsidized by the company) You can then follow the progress during the challenge, Company with the most steps, company with the highest average steps by participant and Company with the individual with the highest step count. Hi, I understand this will drain the battery but having an option will help with the following: 1. Call notifications will be faster instead after a few rings 2. On Android phones, it can then be used as a trusted device...even if its paired now its usually disconnected to save battery so the smart unlock doesnt work

In terms of UX design it is insane that the Charge 6 has THREE different and completely separate settings menus: the 'Fitbit settings' under the user account menu on the top right in the app, the device options in the menu on the top left, and the settings on the actual device. Hello, when automatically selecting Kazakhstan time zone, Asia/Almaty GMT +6 is selected. But Kazakhstan since March 1, 2024 has a single time zone - GMT+5. And even by manually selecting GMT+5 zone, I can't get the correct data of my workouts and sleep from pixel watch 3. Make the correct time zone for Kazakhstan! Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

I have configured exercises: (1) walk, (2), elliptical, and (3) weights. But my Fitbit Charge 5 shows: (1) weights, (2) run, (3) elliptical, and (4) walk. And I'm sure that the order in which they appear on the Fitbit changes and is in fact random.

The video recipes are great but when you are calorie counting using a food plan, it's impossible to record them without painstakingly trying to add, subtract divide! There's also no measurements of the ingredients which is unhelpful.

When logging a run, I'd like to be able to customize which stats are shown. There's too many stats that I don't care about e.g. calories and zone minutes, and so when I want to switch between my pace and how far I've run, there is endless clicking through the cycles. With Fitbit having been getting overhauls and new functions added, along with the addition of the Pixel Watch, please reconsider adding in a built-in way to track and manage prescriptions and vitamins. This should be 1-st party built into the app.

While walking on a treadmill at work (arms aren't moving), I'd like an inexpensive step tracking tool attached to my waist, ankle, or shoe. This should be a tool that communicates with my watch and is managed by the watch + app, all working automatically together smartly to not double count but always count activity.

There needs to be a way to turn off the Inspire 3 when the battery level reaches 20% or less to protect the battery life. If I’m traveling and don’t have a charging cable with me, it’s painful watching my device battery tick down to zero and damage the battery. 1. When I start tracking an activity from Charge 6 or Pixel watch, I don't receive voice cues on the phone. I need real-time audio updates for: total distance, total time, last mile/km time and heartbeat rate. 2. In cycling mode, the minimum lap length available in settings is 10 miles/km, but I need it to be 1 mile/km.

I do regular scheduled exercise classes. Cardio load suggestions take no account of these planned regular activities. Daily targets should factor in this information so that guidance is more accurate and better aligned to my routine. Users should be able to enter their planned exercise for the next 1-7 days

I migrated my FitBit account to my Google Account. Now, with a new Google Account, I can't associate my FitBit account with it without losing all my data. I recently had a high anxiety weekend with zero exercise. My anxiety gave me a cardio load of over 250. Just because it reads what your heart is doing, not what you're doing. Bit Valley keeps putting my son's "eegie" avatar in a dress when he shakes his wrist to choose his clothes. Stop gender brainwashing/confusing my child! There is no way to disable this Bit Valley app in Family Link. The Google fitness app used to track pace vs time similar to the heart rate vs time in the Fitbit app currently. The mapped pace visual is useful. I add food on MyFitnessPal. Where it used to be instant talking to Fitbit so I could see my calories in/out, I now have to wait hours to even see how much energy I've burned, and the energy I've eaten takes an equally long time to appear. I added food at 08:00 this morning. It is now 16:25, and my calories in/out STILL hasn't updated.

Due to illness, I recently lost weight to the point of underweight (BMI 18.2). When I updated my weight in the FitBit app, it congratulated me with applause and a badge for losing weight. My current weight is below my "goal weight" in the app. The app should not applaud or give badges to celebrate once BMI gets below a healthy range.

You should be able to customize each individual zone for example: Set that Zone 2 starts at 120 and ends at 140. You should be able to do it for each zone. Notifications during excersize should be available and you should be able to choose how they work in example: App will notify you when you are below or above Zone 2.

- Take cardio fitness score into account for cardio load recommendations - Only warn about "taking it easy" if you have solid data suggesting that my activity is definitely unhealthy. The Fitbit app berates me now when I exercise! Don't measure my VO2max at 50 and then tell me I can't walk for an hour or two. The app should be cheering me on! Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

I want to be able yto quickly find, and read, the issues reported for bot current and previous support requests. At present you have to start a new support request to find any active support cases and when you find them you cannot review the issue that has been reported. Sleep function should not just record past sleep but propose sleep bed time to optimize upcoming sleep. You can enter a wake time and FB will suggest a bed time based on your desired sleep time, historical wake time, strain, recent sleep deficit , and naps. Take a look at how the Whoop does this. I can't seem to find an option like this, but I know it exists on the apple watches. After an intense workout I'd like to see how long it took for my heart, breath rate and body to get back to baseline.
