After creating a custom challenge, there is no way to add anyone else to it. If I create a new challenge but forgot to add someone, I will have to create a new one from scratch or leave them out until the next one. Whether this is a Sunday to Saturday, a 30 day challenge, or an all-for-one, this is the case.  Custom challenges is the only reason I have premium and this will be a deal breaker. I came across this fantastic app named Calory Counter + App (Nutra Check Ltd) which breakdowns the food and calory intake into fat, proteins, carbs and sugar. I find this information very useful specially to control and reduce the consumption of fat or carbs.   Apparently it has a lot of users and has a very active forum within the app and it currently allows to import exercise data from FitBit into the app but not the other way around (I.e. nutrition data into FitBit). I would like to be able to add the app Ring.com to my Versa Fitbit watch. This way I could feel a silent vibration on my watch, even when I'm not right next to my phone, to go look to see what has triggered it. I work night shifts with patients and can't have my phone going off everytime a dog runs in my yard. But I'd sure like to know to look in case it's actually a burglar. I love wearing my charge 3 and would like more strap options, such as a metal strap and different coloured leather straps. I think this would be great for employees to have easy access to their schedule on the go so they never miss a shift. I have a Charge 3. When I receive a text, message (like the 10,000 steps fireworks) or email it is displayed for about 2 seconds and then gone forever. Same with all of the watch displays so short to really read and comprehend before it is gone. Add a feature to allow the watch display time to be modified/customized to 5-8 seconds by the user. I already posted this once and it was moved to "request for medium band." This is not what my suggestion related to and was not and answer.    I request a change to the fitbit website when ordering bands. The website defaulted to large rather than requiring the user to choose a size. Because of this, I ordered a large when I needed a small. I am not requesting a new band size. I am requesting a change to the order process on the website to ensure other people to not make the same mistake I did and end up with a nearly unusable band size. The requirement for a user to select a product size is how Amazon and every other single website I've ever purchased anything product that has a size works. This is unique to Fitbit in that they don't have this requirement.    I am starting to get very annoyed with Fitbit between the poor customer service when I tried to raise this issue and now my post not being read and being re-categorized incorrectly. I am not requesting a new band size. It seems odd that the Fitbit can broadcast Heart rate date over BTLE. Then other devices lie bike computers and phone apps could have access to HR data. As is it seems stupid to have to use a second HR sense when already wearing Fitbit. I think this could be done with just a software update.   I am very actively looking for a new system for my road bike.    Fitbit almost does what I need but it can't record cadence and any of the others (Garmin or Wahoo) that can record cadence can't access the HR data on the Fitbit.   Looks like I'll have to move over to Garmin ... A software update that allows the Versa 2 to receive text message notifications from a personal and work cell at the same time. When you have two phones having to pick only one to get text messages from on the wrist is a real bummer. Almost all of my other wearable/connectable items (wireless headphones, text messages on computer/keyboards and mice/etc.) can, at a minimum, be connected to at least two devices at a time. I loved my Charge 3 and really like my Versa 2.  I've given up any hope that Fitbit is actually doing anything to fix/perfect the Charge 3, so I am willing to cut my loss.  So I would love to see a Charge 4 with a similar shape and style as the Charge 3 BUT with the vibrant, awesome, color touch screen of the Versa 2.  The Versa 2 has a NICE color screen, let's bring that technology over to the Charge 4. Hello! I’d greatly like to see rematching of the new Custom and All For One challenges.   I host a monthly custom challenge for around 20-25 people and having to invite the same people every month is cumbersome. Been thinking about getting a Nintendo Switch to play with my younger nephew. Was lookng at the games available and that's when I saw Ring Fit Adventure. https://ringfitadventure.nintendo.com/   It sure looks fun. It would be fantastic if I could integrate it with my Fitbit Charge 3.    Or, better yet, maybe Fitbit could make their own kind of Ring Fit Adventure game. The golf app currently on Versa 2 is just to unreliable, if it works at all. Fitbit really need to get one of the big Golf GpS app signed up. I would like to suggest for Children on the Ace2... A VELCRO Strap.   SAFTEY COMES 1ST  1. The current strap, means young children struggles with a buckle with one hand 2. It breaks easy 3. Too many small parts 4. VELCRO would suit all wrist sizes 5. I would also suggest using a harder plastic for the unit.   Fitbit sort it out...Parent of an active child.   My son came home with a broken Ace2, he had only received last week for his birthday. I asked him what had happened, he told me he put the strap in his mouth and the buckle came off...he put these in his pocket for safe keeping to bring home. The buckle is missing.  Why would fitbit make a product that if a child was to put in his mouth could possibly choke him Make it with a flexible and not so robust plastic buckle that in a child's day to day play could easily break. My fitbit versa bands only last about a year. They break from regular use of taking off and putting on the watch. Fitbit only has a one-year warranty, so you can only get a free replacement band within a year of purchase. But, the bands only last 1 year so that means you have to end up buying a new band every year. This is unacceptable. I am astounded how bad the design is for the Versa 2 charger is. It doesn't allow for securing onto a flat surface. The cable emanating from the base of the charger means it is difficult to view the face of the fitbit when charging is happening. The charger for the previous model allowed for it to lay flat and, if required, be secured to a flat surface with double-sided tape. Would be super helpful if Fitbit food/calories synced with other apps. I’m currently using Noom & have to enter all of my food into both Noom & Fitbit. Steps sync but nothing else. I like how Fitbit breaks down macronutrient and calories while Noom does calories & puts foods into green, yellow & red categories.
