Can you please have an audible alarm beep or a bell sound to the watch for alarms and or notifications? Now, I cant use the AMAZING 8 alarm feature without being buzzed all the time. Cellphones do that already. I need an audible alarm! Ideally, we could choose sound or vibration for any activity, notifications... Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

My FitBit no longer syncs with my app. FitBit forces customers to update their phones in order to use the app, but Apple customers know updates on older phones can interfere with their overall function. Why can't the FitBit app offer updates without making us perform a risky phone update? Ridiculous.

There should be a way to switch between using a fitbit tracker and using your smartphone/iPhone when the tracker's battery is low like other trackers (Zeroner, etc...).

I’m unclear how to use the connected GPS feature from my Charge 2 to another wearable with cellular data. So, I’m wearing both watches, but cannot figure out how to connect my charge 2 to the other wearable device in order to get a map of my run in the Fitbit dashboard. It it appears that I currently need both watches AND the phone, but women’s exercise clothing generally does not have a spot for the phone. I would like the Charge’s connected GPS to be able to access another GPS and cellular connected device. Thanks! (And I’m completely unclear about the posting guidelines. I’m not sure if I agreed not to post this or not. Or if I just doomed this suggestion because I posted it. Or if this is an acceptable item to post. I’m really just trying to figure out how to get a map of my walk in the dashboard while using my charge 2 without needing my phone. If I need a charge 3, that’s okay, but I don’t want anything bigger than a Charge.)

Can the fitbit "developers" please check out the competition and be creative and foward thinking. Do the customer really have to ask u for even every single trial feature or every bit of logical, practical and user friendly feature. Geez. Thanks

I find the Interval exercises tracking feature almost useless because the watch face display cuts out after 10 seconds. Since the strenuous activity period is only 25 seconds (and the rest period is 1:30), I have to immediately tap the face or turn my wrist to make the activity changes on time. These are strenuous, fast-moving exercises where repeatedly fiddling with the Fitbit is difficult and distracting. I understand that a continuous display will (perhaps greatly) shorten battery life between recharges, but I'd rather recharge frequently (even after every Interval exercise) than have my Charge 2 be incompatible with short duration, quick-change exercises.

Please create a stronger/sturdier connection between the band and tracker on the Charge 3. This disconnects too easily and can fall off wrist!

Hundreds of reports of broken bands on your website. The connector on Charge 2 is not designed for normal use. I had the band replaced three times in 15 months !! Pictures on your site show the connection point failure. Please do a better job of design.

I love the fitbit charge 4, it's perfect for the no fuss and frills users of just wanting health tracker. However the hardware quality is horrible. I bought mine in Sept 2021 and by end of 2024.. the plastic hook strap is broken and I need to super glue the strap to the watch. The ultimate end to my Charge 4 when the display is totally disappear!

I purchased a charge 5 and it had issues within the first month. I called customer service and they said they would send out a replacement. Didn’t happen. Then a refund. Didn’t happen. I called multiple times with no resolve. Now they say it’s past warranty. Standard practice for CS. AVOID PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT!

I need quick access to countdown on my charge 6, and ability to reset the timer during the alarm, as I want to time my stretches during a warmup without a long time spent finding and then resetting the countdown every time. Moderator Edit: Clarified subject and updated label

I am aware of the night mode feature that disables the auto-wake of the screen upon turning the wrist. However, I am suggesting another option to allow the auto-wake to stay enabled, but automatically turn down the brightness to the lowest setting for nighttime scenarios ideally based on sunset/sunrise times or by manually setting the time. Please do not discontinue bands for older models! I have had a Charge 4 for 2 years that works perfectly, but the band broke, and bands from Amazon fell apart in less than a month.

I'm sorry to bring this up, but the Apple Watch Ultra has the "action button," where you can press it and it starts a preselected exercise shortcut. I'm thinking you could hold the sides of your Charge 5 for about 5 seconds, and it would start an exercise (Like a run or bike), that you set in the Fitbit App.

I think it will be cool to hold down on the Fitbit screen then it will bring up all the clock faces and you swipe to the clock face you want then tap on it then it will change to that clock face. This will make it easier to change clock faces because you won't need the Fitbit app to change the clock face. Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

I've had my Charge 3 for a week and only once has it actually tracked my sleep time properly. The other 6 times it shows me getting up in the middle of the night and then no data after that. It's telling me I'm sleeping 3-4 hours when, in fact, I'm sleeping 7-8. What if I could tell the APP I'm going to sleep and then tell it when I wake up?
