At a food store recently, I saw the handicap and expectant mother parking spots near the entrance and an idea came up to promote your product and overall American health.     You should put FITBIT PARKING SIGNS at the furthest spots from the door.  Call them OPTIMAL PARKING (rather than “reserved parking”) and have your logo in the middle and the number of steps below.  You could also paint your logo on the spots.  Pls see an example below.        Thanks,  DonBobry    ... The fitbit app in the Microsoft store, would be nice if it could be updated, because there is no way to update the Fitbit through it, and it does not sync properly, also you cant even start your Free trail through it! I bougt my Flex 2 to track other activities than work outs, and espesially my time in  water. First of all I struggled to find which one I could wear in water. And when I took the quiz I was really disapointe that swimming didn`t show as an option for "favorit activity".   I enjoy playing in water, often with children. Will it be possible to add some option for this later? Also, I find the swim tracking to focused on pool. I would like to be able to swapp between different kind of waters/waves that would have been great as we all know you use a lot more energy swimming in big waves than in a calm pool. ... View more

The black band is of very poor quality - the sleeve around the band is so tight, plus it sticks to the skin, and taking the band off or putting it back on pulls hairs out every time.  I've had numerous Casio's including G Shocks with like bands - but on a far less expensive watch the bands are much better made.  Versa's not cheap - don't deliver it with an unusable band. ... I like to swim almost every morning. I use the Charge2 and I am careful to manually log the time and distance every day. I'd love to be able to print out or have a weekly log of the distance measured over time, with milestone notifications like there is for walking. I would be interested in a  biofeedback app that could help with relaxation.   For example, if an app were made that produced and audible tone linked to the pulse, with the tone’s pitch lowering or raising in line with the lowering or raising of the heart rate. This could provide feedback to the user, who can then learn to lower the tone and thus their heart rate consciously.  I used to have a device that did something like this, years ago, but it only worked off the conductivity of the palm of the hands. I had both ankles replaced in 2019 and will never be able to run on pavement again. The Octane running machines (ZR7, ZR8, XR7, XR8) are an incredible replacement as it allows you to have a real running motion. The problem is the Fitbit app only recognizes about half the real distance that the machine has recorded for my run. Hello there - I am trying very hard to like my Fitbit Charge 3, but there are 2 clear enhancements that would REALLY help the next version when it eventually comes out:   1 - Clearly confirm that the charging pins are lined up on the charge:  Every time I put the device on the charger, I have to fiddle with it, guess and hope that the 3 gold dots on the back of the device are aligned to the 2 charging pins on the charger.  And after or minute or two of patience the screen usually confirms that the connection is sound and it begins charging.  It would be very very helpful for you to be able to 100% tell that the connection is good, without having to rely on the screen.  It just shouldn't be this hard to get it attached to the charger each and every time.   2 - The button on the side should actually be a button 🙂  Again, you shouldn't have the guess that you are pushing the button correctly.  It should be easy and simple to just push the button.   If the next version that comes out has these features and is easier to use, then I'll buy it and become a very passionate advocate.  If not, I'll need to find something easier to use on a day to day basis.     Thanks!   Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity ... I came across this fantastic app named Calory Counter + App (Nutra Check Ltd) which breakdowns the food and calory intake into fat, proteins, carbs and sugar. I find this information very useful specially to control and reduce the consumption of fat or carbs.   Apparently it has a lot of users and has a very active forum within the app and it currently allows to import exercise data from FitBit into the app but not the other way around (I.e. nutrition data into FitBit). It would be great to have under settings for each of the exercise modes an option to have the heart rate monitor on or off.  Since turning off the heart rate monitor is a battery saving option in settings, that is what I generally do since I'm not interested a resting heart rate.  But I do want it on when I fire up one of the exercise modes, and if I forget to turn it back on in settings before I start an exercise, I have to stop the exercise and go back out to turn on heart rate to get better data.  The versa is already fiddly with the music controls, so I before I exercise I have to pair Versa Classic with bluetooth, change output, toggle back and forth to get music controls, turn heart rate back on, THEN start the exercise.  It would be nice to omit at least one of those steps!     Moderator edit: Clarified subject ... I would like to see a mode for Motocross for the charge 2 (as well as other devices.) Could include speed heart rate etc if possible an acceleration graph and braking graph. A lap time graph would be amazing especially linked to gps so we could see how lines affect time.
