The pin system used for the Inspire family are difficult to use. I'd like to see you go back to the quick release bands used in the Alta series. Also, it seems most people dislike the silicone bands. The elastic bands available from third parties are far superior. Fitbit seems resistant to use non-silicone, non-buckle bands.

Please bring out a clip for the charge 6 and a mode to use it not on the wrist i.e. "On body" mode. This is really needed for people who have jobs that don't allow them to wear it on the wrist! Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

Because the band of the charge 5 fastens underneath the band instead of in some sort of strap like the charge 4, it gives friction and uneasyness to the skin underneath. Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

In general lall or large band sizes should be 220 to 240mm. The Stainless Steel optional band for the Fitbit Luxe has a max size of only 200 mm - not big enough. Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

An easier way to charge a Fitbit fitness tracker …. If you have a visual impairment or dexterity problem the chargers are a nightmare to use. Wireless charging or an easier docking station would be a better solution Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

The chord is in the middle of the back of the charger. Makes it hard/impossible to lay flat on a table to charge. Causes errors that the fitbit isn't charging. I hate it! Well yeah it can't sit flat like the charger for the Versa did. It needs to lay on it's side or balance ever so carefully. Also I wish the chord was longer. Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

When working out I have always had to readjust my fitbit as it slips from the right position When sleeping, even if I have the band super loose, I wake up with numbness in my hand because of the band. Hi! I hear that users have issues with the strap because of the magnetic clasp. It seems the strap actually comes undone every time the magnet catches on metal objects and the watch will fall to the floor, which is very very concerning. Hi. I (myself) have been wearing the blaze for 4 years with no problems. I know that the fitbit blaze IS water ressistant, (because I have done everything with my blaze (including swimming)) but I was wondering if there was a waterproof case that can be made so that blaze users (or any watch users) can know that their watch was waterproof.

Fitbit should allow customers purchasing the LUXE Tracker to choose which band color (Lunar White/Black/Orchid) they want matched with a specific case color (Soft Gold/Graphite/Platinum - Stainless Steel). Also, allowing customers to choose which LUXE specialty band they want as a discounted grouping and not just picking the Gorjana Link Bracelet. Moderator Edit: Clarified subject and updated label

Hey Fitbit consider adding the platinum version of the link bracelet to order as as set. Annoying that you can only get the gold as a complete set. I have heard of XL bands for other devices but Fitbit Sense only has a small and large? I suggest that you make a buyable wrist band and also one not in the material currently used as it makes my wrist itch quite a bit.

You can put the watch in 2 directions onto the charger now. If you would make the form of the charger asymmetric so you can only drop it in the charger the right way it will always charge. Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

I’ve been going back & forth between my Apple Watch & Charge 4.I prefer Fitbit platform & features but I like the size& functionality of Apple Watch.I’m looking@Fitbit Sense but finding most styles,size and bands are mostly on the masculine side.Like the white band but my skin prefers woven.Very few light neutral/feminine options.Bright coral yuck

I understand it is difficult to change the face / body of the fitbit due to tech, however, your straps could be as sporty or elegant as possible. You should partner with a designer to provide sophisticated, dress watch straps. Apple has done this with many partners.

It would great if fitbit could offer a sports loop band without strap buckles. The band would allow the wearer to have a good fit for the tracker easily. One such example of a third party strap is https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08LYC1RBB These band would it make it easier to get the best fit which would work well for the sensors.

I bought the new charge 4 as I was thrilled to finally have a Fitbit with built in GPS and waterproof! (Having previously had the charge 2) As a healthcare worker we are constantly washing our hands and have to be bare below the elbows. I would love to be able to clip it securely in my pocket when at work to record my steps, I know it’s designed for heart rate monitoring but it’s just not possible as a front line NHS worker! Used to squeeze my charge 2 into an old zip but it did break and this one is just a bit too big. I think you would find a big interest in this and could market accordingly. Also clip it inside my sports bra for my netball matches as also cannot wear on the wrist. Definitely a market for this. Thank you. You would make an NHS radiographer very happy if you could do this!
