It seems silly that once you start an activity you have to stay on that screen until you stop. You can’t go to the homescreen or go to Spotify to change your track that you might be listening to etc. Moderator edit: Subject for clarity

The windows 10 app version does not support the fitbit versa 2 as of yet so I have no way to add music to the device. Disappointing as that one of the reason I got the versa 2 Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity

One thing I love about my Garmin Vivosport, is that you can tap the heart rate icon and it will show a graph of your heart rate for the previous hour. It is a wonderful way to quickly look back on the previous hour without having to open the app. Garmin's UI is a little bit different from Fitbit in terms of accessing info on the watch so on the Charge 3 I'd suggest creating a "Heart Rate" app (as Fitbit refers to the settings icon, weather icon, alarm icon etc. as apps). It could just show your current real time heart rate when you open the app and if you tap on the screen pull up a graph of the past hour. Just an idea. It's a feature I have always loved (and used on a daily basis) with my Garmin.

The fitbit Alta display i used had the time, date and day displayed. Only one of the Charge 3 faces offers the day, and that eliminates the step progress display. Would it be too difficult to add the day? Like Jan 05 (Th). Moderator edit: Updated subject for clarity.

It would be nice to have an option to pivot the screen on the Charge 3 to Landscape screen mode, as opposed to its default portrait mode. All of the same functions should fit equally as well, just oriented 90 degrees differently. This orientation is especially helpful when wearing the Charge 3 on the inner wrist.

I would like to suggest a selectable scale for the UI on my Fitbit Charge 5. The UI is super large and makes me have to scroll a lot to both fully read and select certain features. I think the current UI scaling is great for the older or visually assisted population, but a smaller UI would benefit to make the UX less clunky.

I mainly depend on the vibration to notify me of an incoming call. Being either in meetings or shred office spaces, my phone is on silent most of the time and the Fitbit (or other wearables) is what I depend on to know a call is coming. This is the major drawback that need to be resolved.

I have been using Fitbit Charge models for the past few years. Recently I got Charge 4 and totally disappointed seeing that the status of the hourly activity status was missing from the clock screen. I am very obsessed with the hourly activity staus and this is the only reason for me to sticking to the expensive Fitbit.

I just stepped up from the Charge HR to charge 3, I love it! But I really miss the press and hold button to start activity of the Charge HR. I'd like to see in a future firmware update the option to select what the button does when held.

I just purchased the Charge 3. The alarm is very disappointing on the Charge 3. I am not a deep sleeper at all, and even with the strong feature enabled, it is still too soft to wake me. And given that it only alarms once, and the duration is not very long, if you sleep through that one, you're doomed if you use this feature to wake you up. It would be nice if it had the feature like my FitBit One that continued to vibrate until I shut it off. If I slept through the initial alarm, (which was very strong compared to the Charge 3) then there were 3 more after sure to wake me up.

I have a Charge 3. When I receive a text, message (like the 10,000 steps fireworks) or email it is displayed for about 2 seconds and then gone forever. Same with all of the watch displays so short to really read and comprehend before it is gone. Add a feature to allow the watch display time to be modified/customized to 5-8 seconds by the user. OK, it appears helpful to make a specific, NEW, suggestion. I'll do that then (the moderator can decided whether to merge this to one of the on-going Charge 3 watch face discussions, of course.) Several people have asked to have day of the week added to more than one of the existing faces. The recent update only added it to one face, and that not a very popular one, I gather. I forget what the face I'm using now is called (I don't have my phone here to check), but it has time, date, steps, and heart rate on the primary face, in fairly plain type. My suggestion is to include the day of the week in the empty line after the date. I don't think there's enough room to add it to the date without decreasing the font size, which would not be acceptable. Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity and label

The versa has an available clock face that shows battery life remaining and the Charge 4 does not. I have confirmed this with your support team and they suggested I add the idea here.

I, along with many others, want the option to turn off our bluetooth whenever we don't need it, or we need to shut it down for some other reason, like at work. Also add the function to shut down the watch when you will not use it for a longer amount of time. Please, there has been so many requests in the past, implement this for us customers sake Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

On the main "screen," it would be great to ONLY see steps and not have heart rate, calories, flights of stairs, etc. show up. It's fine to track those things and see them when I sync my tracker to my app, but it's annoying to have to tap through all of them when I really only want to see my steps.

The Charge 2 had an excellent little rocket animation to celebrate when a daily goal is reached. Please add that to the Charge 3. My wife and I both miss it very much. Thank you!

What is the point of waking up in the morning and seeing "Sleep not tracked" on the Charge 3 screen when last night's sleep was tracked? Please remove this waste of space or replace with a less worrying message, such as, "Sleep details in app".

It would be great to be able to decide whether or not to have the touchscreen mode on (similarly to what touchscreen laptops tend to have), and to be able to choose between use of the button only and the touchscreen. I have just bought a Charge 3 but am actually contemplating on returning this as I want the tracker to keep tracking without consuming of my energy and I found Charge 2 with a button only way simpler to manage (without lags!) I just got the Charge 3, and am looking for a clock face to suite my needs. I don't really need to know what time it is, that is what my phone is for. What I'd like to see is a 3 stat clock face, so I could see my heart rate, steps, and one other stat.

I would suggest a display that includes: Time Date Day of Week Steps The Charge 3 only has one display that shows day of the week, but it doesn't include steps. We treat Alzheimer's at our clinic, and we usually recommend that patients get a fitbit. Monitoring sleep and exercise are an important part of the program. Most patients are buying the Charge 3. However, we recently discovered a shortcoming in that there isn't a good display that includes day of the week. Since the patients have early stage Alzheimer's, some have trouble remembering the day of the week and use their watch to remind them of that. We've had a couple of patients that would switch to a fitbit for that specific reason. Moderator edit: Subject for clarity and labels.
