Suggest an idea
There needs to be a way to turn off the Inspire 3 when the battery level reaches 20% or less to protect the battery life. If I’m traveling and don’t have a charging cable with me, it’s painful watching my device battery tick down to zero and damage the battery. I want the ability to simply turn the device off until I have a charging cable handy.

Some of us just care about logging in our steps & sleep; we don't need Bluetooth turned on the entire time. Especially while we're sleeping: why doesn't Bluetooth automatically turn off while we're sleeping? If this is impossible to do via a firmware update, can you please release a tracker solely dedicated to the health metrics & nothing more?

With the Fitbit Inspire 2, you could manually lock the watch while exercising by holding the 2 side buttons. This feature is not available on inspire 3 watch

Could you ask the developer to add the steps to always on display in addition to time and date. It is annoying to have tap the screen to view steps whilst out running.

When someone calls give us the ability to hold 3 seconds to ignore and press sides once to answer and talk, allow us to call someone in contacts through fitbit bracelet

is there any way to get my countdown timer to go longer? i used to have the inspire 2 which could do like an hour and a half and i’m disappointed that my inspire 3 can only set a timer for an hour 😞

I just lost my Inspire One/Fitbit One and I have used the clip instead of on my wrist for the many years I have owned my fit bit. Changed my life, but now I can't track my active minutes because I bike and walk and the clip is on my waist or leg and is not tracking my heart rate. Please bring it back!! I hate to stop using this great product.

Offer the option to have only one of the 2 side buttons on this device be responsive. It's a good feature to have 2 side buttons, but only one needs to be active for normal use.

Many folks are reporting that water lock comes on when not desired. I experience this multiple times a day with my brand new Inspire 2. I do not even have Swim set as an exercise and I don't need or want the water lock function. If the button issue cannot be easily fixed, a simple solution is an option in Settings to disable the function.

Would be great to have Fitbit Pay also on the smaller trackers. When doing sports or in general in this days world, taking along the wallet is not an option for everyone. Especially during the pandemic, the less contact, the better.

Fitbit needs to remove the DND icon off of the Inspire 2. It is a redundant feature when the Inspire 2 offers "Sleep Mode" and it actually turns itself on by turning the wrist. It is extremely annoying when a person is competitive about getting their steps in.

For the Inspire 2, please add an option in settings to increase the amount of time my screen stays lit. I don't care whether it's adjusted on the watch, in my phone app, or online; I just want a way to change that setting.

The fitbit inspire 2 has 19 clock faces, all with a large time and small stats. Please add a clock face with large stats only, or large stats and a small time. If I want to wear a watch, I'll wear a Casio Lineage, Armitron, etc. (and I do, with the fitbit). The fitbit is for stats, hence wanting a clock face that highlights stats.

I rinse the device daily. Just handling it activates menu choices and there’s no telling what May or may not have been changes when I’m done. Usually DND so I don’t get notifications all day.

Hello, According to this page https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2077.htm I should be able to see the stats of Relax app in the Fitbit app. Unfortunately it does not work on Inspire 2. I suggest to have it available in the Fitbit app also as it will be a great help to track these breathing exercises history. Thank you.

Make the Inspire HR is rose or yellow gold. Would love for it to be thinner too closer to the depth of the Alta HR. Offer more feminine nude colors - nude, blush pink, beige, brown.

While I know this request's been made with each new Fitbit (I've been a Fitbit customer for years), I've not given up hope that Fitbit will finally listen to us & elongate a band to use our Fitbits on our ankles. I noticed that dnd mode activates itself when wearing the fitbit... A "long press" on the sides while just bending de wrist makes pop the dnd function... then an unwanted smooth touch (clothes or...) activates DND mode !! If we can choose what the "long press" does, we can avoid that problem ! I'd like to start a stopwatch with the long press
