Please remove the annoying, repetitive question when I turn on my Fitbit::Allow Location Access. I am not interested in this feature and feel I am being treated as a child who doesn’t know what is good for them! Show me some RESPECT please, Fitbit. Get the Fitbit App to check, at least daily, and show the current and most recent versions for 1) The Fitbit App, 2) The device Firmware, 3) The active Clock face. With Red Exclamation where not up to date and links as to how to get the updates

When I am adding a food in the Fitbit Android app, when I use the search tool it should always present foods that I have personally added first. If I type butter, the first thing that should appear is the butter that I have already scanned. Currently, it lists them in some different order and I have to scroll to find the food that I want.

How about instead of having to use wifi to sync the fitbit and make changes why not use the users cell phone network.? Not everyone has wifi and most people with iphones or androids have a data plan. Moderator edit: Clarified subject and updated label

Many business people have switched to WhatsApp Business on smartphones, Fitbit don’t seem to have that option of receiving notifications from WhatsApp Business (only the normal WhatsApp).

With so many leaving big tech social media platforms....I ask will you please add Direct Messaging on your Vero.co like you already have on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to connect with customers and potential customers for general inquiries. At a minimum make sure to reserve your company name before someone else does.

The data shown is too limited and vague. Tapping on each dot should reveal the value of the each reading. One example is the SpO2 and the other is the heart rate. At the moment tapping on each dot does nothing you are left guessing what the accurate result was.

Several years have gone by with people complaining about not being able to have more than one versa or charge 3 attached to the same account. Obviously, there's some technical issue that prevents it from happening. Would it be possible to instead of a full switch, to have just one device "active" and the other's "deactivated"? Include in initial set up for the benefit of new users: 1. instructions that to in order to add bpm to the dashboard (its not on the dashboard on intial download) you need to scroll down to foot of dashboard menu then select Discover then select Heart Rate then Open 2. Clicking on the each issue's link provides essential troubleshooting steps and finally, if none of the self-help resolves the issue, extract details and submit an email to support or generate a ticket to the support.

Fitbit should let user check their device battery health over time in a similar way as it is on google android phone. Add a feature to see a graph of our battery charging and discharging over time as well as app/feature that are consuming the most battery. This could be an app or it could be in the settings.

The low battery Indicator in the Fitbit iOS app is hidden in the sync bar which is only visible when syncing. This is really poor positioning of this indicator. The low battery Indicator should always be visible somewhere prominent in the app so a user knows when his device's battery is low.

The SpO2 clock face has to be selected during sleep to view actual SpO2 % range and avg value in morning. Devices that support SpO2 DO collect the data since it shows up on a sleep graph. It's just the value doesn't appear. This is such a silly implementation. Just show the value in the app and clock face regardless of the clock face during sleep.
