Re-add the ability to add/update/delete alarms in mobile apps and sync to all fitbit devices. A recent firmware update seems to have removed this capability from mobile apps and it seems it is only possible to do this on the watch itself. I keep loosing my charge 3 and I don’t know where it is, I was wondering if you can add a option to add something in the Fitbit app to make the Fitbit vibrate (for trackers) or make a noise (For smartwatches) if you loose your Fitbit. The colors for different heart rate zones in the map of a completed exercise, such as walk or bike, are too close to each other to differentiate on the iPhone app. Use different colors that are easy to differentiate, like you used for displaying pace. Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity

For specific features like watch faces or apps inside Fitbit app Google services is needed. Will be nice if Fitbit app can handle that by itself with no need for Google anything.

Why did you take away all day sync? Seems like you just did this, because I just noticed the problem. And for some reason, also doesn't log calories. It is really annoying to have to manually sync when I'm trying to get steps or whatever. It counts them on my device, but won't show up on the fitbit app on my iPhone. Please put this back! Please allow manual firmware update on charge 4 either in the app or in the fitbit connect app please. Don't understand why we have wait 48 hours or more and keep syncing 40 times a day for update! Adding more colour to the apps (like browser wheels for steps go through red, orange, green throughout target) would make the app dashboard far more pleasent. Maybe even background change? Different coloured tiles for exercise, food etc just MORE COLOUR

I'd love to see something like google fit's 3x1 widget, which cleanly displays several pertinent data points - But you could do better with options to show calories, macro split, steps taken, weight, avg heart rate, etc. Ideally customizable when placed for which data you want to show, and resizable to show more or less different data sets. recent updates have removed choice to auto or manual auto sync tracker with phone app. causing battery to drain faster. would love the tab put back and give us a choice to sync manually again and save battery for both tracker and phone

Hello!! The Fitbit App platform on windows 10 does not match that of the phone app. This is rather unfortunate! Because on the phone app, on the discover click, we have access not only to challenges but also to guided programs, exercises, meditations... On the desktop app, this is not available (only challenges are, and direct access to use the Fitbit coach app). Premium subscriptions, having access to many options, are what we love about Fitbit, to not have that is a plain disappointment. 😕 Working out using the phone is relatively annoying due to a small screen, so if we can do this using our laptop that would be great! The mystery graph sometimes available in sleep charts seems to suggest that the Versa SPO2 sensor actually works. Because of that, it's time to provide for allowing watch faces (at least when the screen is on) to display the current SPO2 reading (and let you keep the screen on for a while to follow it), and also to allow one via the Android app to calibrate it against a SPO2 finger clip or other known source. And to also show those numbers in that sleep related chart. Also, allow export of raw SPO2 data. As a side note, it would be nice if the specs for the Charge 4 actually included the SPO2 sensor. I'm fairly sure it never used to be an issue, but I can no longer see my run times to the exact time in my Android app. I can see the splits to the second, but the overall run time is rounded to the nearest minute, which is obviously not useful. I've searched the app for exact run times, but can't find it. Seems odd to no longer be a feature. I'm using the Surge and GPS to track my exercise. Moderator edit: Subject for clarity

This idea is not new, but it is no longer available or possible after an update. The problem is: The heart rate zones no longer show when I turn on an activity through the app! Recently I started running again and I use my Charge 3. In the past (October 2019) I turned on the running activity in the Fitbit app. The reason I turned on the activity in the app was because I can then use the Countdown feature on my watch for my interval schedule. It then gives a vibration when, for example, the 3 minutes are over. This way I always know when the next interval starts and I reset the time on my watch. Easy. If I turned on the activity on my watch, I would no longer be able to access the countdown function on my watch. When I turn on the activity on my watch, I have to continuously check my watch to see if the time has already passed on the stopwatch. That is not pleasant when running. I prefer to set a time that indicates with a vibration when the time is over so that I can just focus on my run and just have to wait for the vibration. An advantage is that after the end of the activity, all data from the run will be visible in the app. Also my heart rate zones. Unfortunately, that is no longer possible if you turn on the activity in the app! When I track my activity through the app, I get limited information. The heart rate zones are no longer displayed! I just want to be able to run again with my phone in my waist bag while keeping track of everything and keeping my watch on my wrist for the function countdown. Previously this was always possible. That was ideal. Now I find my Fitbit a great counter, because now I can only track my activity on my watch if I want to see my heart rate zones afterwards and I have to hold my phone IN MY HAND to use a countdown function. Very uncomfortable. I hope this problem can be solved soon. And the strange thing is. When I keep track of the activity on my phone while I have my watch on, the heart rate should just show when the activity is complete. I don't understand why that is no longer possible, because after the activity is completed, the app does show a map with: standard, heart rate zones, pace / speed. But if I click on the heart rate zones button in the map, the route remains gray and it says 'not enough heart rate data available'. Why is that button there when it doesn't work anyway? Pfff, it just frustrates me. I hope my story is clear and understandable because my English is not very good. Moderator edit: Subject for clarity.

I want to be able to favorite a workout from discover so I don’t have to scroll forever to find it. Or the could be a history to see previous workouts done. I’d also like a search feature. Lost the Password to my account and no longer have access to the email address used to create the account, why did Fitbit not build in a secondary method for password reset for instance with cellphone number connected to the account? My boys ages 7 and 10 just got Fitbit Ace 2s. They are so excited. They have Kindle fire tablets but no phones, they are too young. They can't sync their Fitbits with their tablets which is a big bummer so I synced them with my phone under my family account and gave them each a kid profile. I wish they could have their own profile on their fire tablets. There is a Fitbit app but it won't sync their Fitbits. Moderator Edit: Clarified subject and updated label

I would like to see a "I donated blood" ability in the fitness tracking app. Donating blood consumes about 600 calories and is good for the community. I'd also like to see reminders every 8 weeks you are eligible to donate blood. The fitbit community is about promoting good health and donating blood is certainly good for your health and the health of others desperate for life saving interventions, that is, if you are fit enough to donate. **I freely give this idea with no ownership and wave any and all claims on any future possible development by fitbit.** Moderator edit: Format

As I detail in this technical support request, "Begin Sleep Now" does not actually do much beyond tell me how long I've been in bed when I either can't sleep, or after I've woken up the next morning. While this is useful in itself, it's not uncommon for the app to say I've been asleep 1-3 hours less than I've actually been sleeping, unless I go back to edit that activity to match when I went to sleep. Instead, it should be the point where the tracker can definitively say that I've gone to bed, so that it can measure how long it took me to actually go to sleep, and to not mess up when sleep starts, if I happen to move slightly within that first hour window of tracker inactivity that currently defines "start of sleep". I shouldn't ever have to go back and re-edit my sleep start time if I used this feature.

The new EOV graph is definitely interesting and a nice addition to the sleep data. However I wish Fitbit would move the graph above the "time spent in each stage of sleep" chart directly below the sleep stages graph. Doing this would let me better see if variations in SPo2 match up with certain sleep stages in a given night. I can't quite do it now because neither graph remains on the screen at the same time due to their current positions. If moving the graph isn't possible, then how about a second graph that overlays the EOV data graph on top of the Sleep Stages graph.

A software update that allows the Versa 2 to receive text message notifications from a personal and work cell at the same time. When you have two phones having to pick only one to get text messages from on the wrist is a real bummer. Almost all of my other wearable/connectable items (wireless headphones, text messages on computer/keyboards and mice/etc.) can, at a minimum, be connected to at least two devices at a time.
