Please add swim distance to daily total distance so that swim distance can be added to distance challenges. Applying a step converter to the total fail steps would also be good, but it might be easier to just add the distance. I use a Charge 5 but this feature is more about how the app calculates daily totals. Moderator edit: Updated label

The Fitbit can count but doesn't provide a running lap total in the water (I'm on an Inspire 3) to let me know what lap I'm on. It would be great if Fitbit added a feature to 1) show the length/lap on the device while in use and 2) allow to set a goal and notify the swimmer when they have reached their pre-set goal (beep/buzz/vibrate). I have sync'd my Fitbit with my primary care provider's site. I'd love to be able to enter my glucose readings, too, so all my data is in one place. I'm 122 lbs, exercise daily and eat super healthy but have diabetes and high BP, so am constantly trying to fight my lousy DNA. Tracking daily will definitely help. Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

An easier way to charge a Fitbit fitness tracker …. If you have a visual impairment or dexterity problem the chargers are a nightmare to use. Wireless charging or an easier docking station would be a better solution Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

I would love if the Basecamp app would be able to sync with my FitBit Charge 5. I can track my workout in the Fitbit app, but I am not able to see my heart rate fluctuations alongside the workout variations. For paying options on the sense watch you only have fitbit pay and I need to have Google pay(=Google wallet) because I only use it but it is only available in the new devices of your company that what the customer services chat told and I need to use Google pay because it help me alot but by what fitbit is doing it is making it worse. Please do not discontinue bands for older models! I have had a Charge 4 for 2 years that works perfectly, but the band broke, and bands from Amazon fell apart in less than a month.

Many seniors need reading glasses for small icons, but reading glasses are not convenient when working out. Suggest a clock face for Charge 5 similar to Continuum, but with a larger heart rate display. I can easily read the time on Continuum while working out, but not the heart rate. I initiated a chat session as I was not able to find any way to have the hourly step tile appear on my Sense 2. In the chat session, the representative indicated there is no hourly step tile available on Sense 2 or Versa 4. This makes absolutely NO SENSE - pun intended! It is very annoying to always go have to go to the Fitbit app to see sleep data for Charge 2 users. I think in a new software update for Charge 2, it would be great for you to include sleep viewing on Charge 2, showing how many hours slept and if possible, the sleep score.

Get Fit Bingo consistently places me higher than it should on the Leaderboard. It never incorrectly puts me 1st place, but it puts me ahead of anyone else with the same "Flipped" count as mine, even when some of them reached that count before I did.
